I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for over a decade. I live right down the street and is highly convenient for me and my family. I am often buying large meals and when it comes to trying to redeem rewards, you guys are as useless as a tit on a bull Your employees don’t know how to use the system when they do. They mess up and then they cannot redeem my rewards. There’s been a handful of times that I’ve come just to just get something to eat real quick because it’s highly convenient but your employees are not trained adequately enough to understand. They are entitled to do not to mention maybe it’s a hardware issue but no I don’t think so not at least for the front counter. It is for the drive-through though.
Health department needs to investigate the quality of their soda. It’s been tasting horrible for several months now. Asked for a different drink and the same weird taste came along with it. Something in their soda pipes needs to be replaced or cleaned.
I love the chocolate malt frosty and Jr bacon cheeseburger ???? good fries too. Chicken nuggets juicy good ???? ???? and the 2 for $3 breakfast sandwich mmmm warm and delicious????????the potatoes wedges have a savory flavor very tasty????
The people are all super friendly and make me feel welcome.
I'm enjoying the dollar drinks right now it's helped out alot since we hit 116° and about 100+ ° everyday for over 4 months ! The ice cold beverage and $1 frosty kept me going about 4 a day kept me ???? smiling
The drive thru cashier was the best, she did above and beyond. I wanted to get a breakfast deal and she made it even better by showing me how to get my money's worth and get full after a 12 hr shift and wanted soemthing good and would full me up to go to sleep soon as I got home. Everything was fresh and hot and so good. I worked wendys years ago in high school and the quality hasn't changed, I feel it's improved over the years and kow to have breakfast is a major plus for me. The biggie delas are so worth it if you want sowmthing quick and on a budget.
I didn't go inside but the drive thru service is great and the food is always hot and fresh.
This is my first time dining in this location.

Today employe, she not treat doordash worker well ordered ready and she not giving to me she so roud her way of taking with clients not well always I go there pick up order she always treat me super bad my order ready and still I have to wait another 10 mint
Customer service was good very friendly I went hot chive potatoes with bacon and sour cream one was right on other one was no chive just sour cream and the potato was kind of dry other than that was good ????
