I haven’t eaten here in a while because I noticed the quality slowly getting worse and worse ever since Covid. Most of the time the food wasn’t too bad but they were constantly out of things on the menu and they took FOREVER so I just stopped going. The last time I went, there were a total of 3 people in the drive thru line including myself and it took 45 minutes to get my food. I had honestly completely avoided all Wendy’s until a few days ago when I went to one in a different area and the experience was night and day when comparing it to this place and it reminded me that this place exists. Do not go here ever. Please let them go out of business so that a place that is actually good can be built in its place.
Wendy's has gone downhill here and in the next city. Food quality is poor. One smells like human waste gas, so thick in the drive through it was in our throats. Gross. We threw all the order away, which thankfully was two chili's. The one here closes half the time due to no staff showing up. The dining room is hardly open due to low staff.
We ordered 2 of the $5 bacon cheese burger meals. The food was good, the service was excellent, the store was clean. Couldn't ask for any better experience.
Usually come in the afternoon and the food is fine but the woman cashier is always rude. My review is for the dinner my boyfriend got tonight. I got the apple pecan salad and the grilled chicken was so dry it was practically translucent. ???? It takes days for chicken to get that dry and is completely unacceptable to serve to people. My son's and my boyfriend's Burgers had so much ketchup and sauce they were sloppy. Here's a picture that doesn't do it justice on how dry and hard the chicken was. There were a couple more pieces but they were in the trash already.
The Krabby Patty meal! was absolutely tasteful. the burger was square, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I would have that for every meal, daily!
Husband drove through drive through for two number 1's. Amanda on the receipt. Bill came to 5.64 ? My husband said how can this be? Should be way more. She said well that's what it is. People being behind him blowing there horns. (I guess so they can get this good report?) She wanted to argue with him. He took it after paying. Got home 3 Jr burgers. One with nothing, other two not was right if it would of been the actual burger size we ordered. That's it! I called to voice a complaint. Went to voice mail saying person not available. Couldn't even leave a message!! I called 2 times! I guess I'll call corporate next. This place won't get our business anymore!!! Snh..
Ordered burger, fries and a frosty in drive through. Didn't get napkins, catsup, straw or spoon. Tried to call but nobody answered the phone
Doors locked most the time, don’t ever have any baked potatoes or fresh salads ready, terrible customer service they all hate their jobs so they treat everyone accordingly. Melted sliced cheese on my baconater fries twice.
