Old, brown, cold fries. Onions all over the top of my chili though I ordered it without. Chili also stone cold. Asked if there was a straw in my bag for my drink. Was told yes. Nope. Eating saltine crackers for dinner. Service at the drive thru was terrible. Do better!
Lunch at this Wendy's included 2 Dave's Singles, a medium fry, a Chocolate Frosty, and a chocolate chip cookie. Parking was adequate, including wheelchair places, with a permit.
The ladies' restroom needed freshening. The floor was sticky, and the sink was grimy.
I write this with a chuckle because it really is comedic at this point. Living in this neighborhood for the last 7 years, I will stop at Wendy’s maybe 3 times in a year when I’m in the mood for junk food. Well out of all the visits, they have screwed up literally EVERY order I’ve made over the years. Last time I got someone else’s order, probably about $40 worth of food and didn’t realize it till I got home. Tonight I ordered a number one and wouldn’t you known it, got home and there were no fries lol. I get it, it’s 2024 and professionalism is a thing of the past but at least make an attempt.
And for those here complaining that Wendy’s wasn’t “up to your expectations” you must be millenials or Gen z because only they would expect Chart House quality from a fast food chain.
I can not believe I paid $1.89 for this tiny cup. My burger was cold. The patties are super thin. Wonder how many ounces after the meat is cooked lt actually weighs? So disappointed. Fries were hard, like they had been sitting there awhile. This was a little before 11am. I expected the food to be fresh. Wish I could add pictures.
Might want to check your buns. Also, had you repeat the order several times to the person taking orders..
I decided to read the reviews and the amount of dissatisfaction is alarming. My personal dissatisfaction has been in the undercooked french fries. They come out virtually mushy, not firm enough to scoop the Frosty from. Burger King down the road has consistently better fries, but I don't want to go to separate locations so I sometimes have to deal with crap fries or no Frosty. Wendy's even advertised improved fries, but there was no change. It's certainly a possibility that the individual restaurant has failed to comply with corporate instructions, but it doesn't matter, if the product is deficient when we customers receive it. Until I read the plethora of bad reviews, I was seriously planning on a visit to the drive thru. I want a Caesar salad, but now I can't trust it to be a fair purchase.
November 2024 just a couple days after Veterans Day. I decided to have the chicken wrap and a Caesar salad. Now I have to contact the restaurant management and see if I can get some satisfaction. The wraps are supposed to have dressing, but it only became evident in the last inch at the end. The Caesar salad was excellent, but the dressing is an issue again. A pouch was supplied in the bag, but it is inadequate in amount for the size of the salad. Two pouches would be sufficient. I'm going to ask for a free chicken wrap with correct dressing and I'm going to try to buy another Caesar salad with two pouches, depending on how much they might charge for adequate dressing. I might have to go elsewhere for wraps. Who knows?
Let me just say the girl taking our order had a fabulous vibe, was friendly, and let me know if the bathroom door did not open that meant someone was in there.
My husband LOVED the Oatmeal cookies❣ Our sodas calibrated to perfection. Fries to die for. The #8 sandwich was new for us. Pretty darn good.
Lobby was clean, ladie's bathroom was too.
Not fresh, didn’t get requested condiments, does this look like a large fry. I live 4 mins away.
