I hadn't enjoyed a meal in a fast food restaurant as much as I did today. The guy who took our order was pleasant,helpful, and extremely courteous. He was just willing to help us with everything we asked for. Thank you sir. All the staff was polite and hard working . The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. Thank you staff for making our meal enjoyable.????????????
It really depends on the day and who the crew happens to be when you roll through a fast food place because we had a great experience. Whoever took our order was patient and friendly. Even though we changed our minds a couple of times in the order, he repeated it with perfection. We waited a bit in line, but the food was piping hot. The fries were hot and crispy.
I feel like you are always taking a chance at these small town fast food places. My bar is always very low I am usually prepared for subpar service.
Bottom line is that you never know what you will get and today, our experience was great! Whoever was working at 11:30AM on 8/31 you did a fantastic job. I hope your managers passes this review on to you!
This is by far the worst Wendy's I have EVER been to ! I came the night before and ordered 2 meals and the where exactly the opposite of what I ordered. I have an Onion allergy and my partner has a tomato allergy. The ???? old and cold. I spoke with a night manager named Amanda, who was very nice and told me to come back in the morning to get my order replaced. The gentleman that was at the front desk was very nice but the manager, well let's just say she was as nice as she could be! Even though they took care of the situation or the issue I don't think I'll be coming back here.
Alrighty, went there last night after our bowling league. Drive thru wasnt busy at all but I did order quite a few of the biggie bags. The one taking our order was a bit pushy I wasnt done ordering but kept asking if that was all etc. Once we got to the window they were awesome, they conversated with us while waiting for our order. Our order came up to 42.20 including tax which thats what they told me was the total, passed them my card... only this morning I checked my rec I was charged 48 sum. Bottom of the ticket sayschange was 6.49
Sooooo people food was good BUT IF YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION LOOOOOK AT YOUR REC. will be calling to complain about it.. I know its only 6.49 but uhmmm thats our money if you know what I mean.
I live just 5 minutes from this Wendy’s, but every time I want to eat here, I end up driving over 15 minutes to another location because the food at this one is consistently terrible. Every time I decide to give it another try, I immediately regret it. The vegetables on my burger were soggy and far from fresh, my order wasn’t made correctly, and the bun was stale. To make matters worse, the buns on my kids’ meals had mold on them, which was the final straw for me. We got the wrong drink, and while the fries and one of my kid’s nuggets were decent and fresh, everything else was disappointing. I work hard for my money, and it’s frustrating to spend it on food that isn’t worth it. Normally, I wouldn’t say anything, but serving moldy food to my children is unacceptable and has guaranteed that I’ll never return to this location again.
Ordered on the app 15min before arrival. There were 6+ cars at a stand still in the drive thru so I went inside. It took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence at the counter. They couldn't find my order at first, I showed the order on my phone which included the name. Tried to give me the wrong order. Waited for the order for 35 minutes. The employees were moving at the speed of "I don't care", and soon there were several people also waiting for orders inside. They didn't have the frosty flavor advertised with their new kollab meal in our order. Their Coke was out and they gave me what I think is Dr pepper (has no flavor) instead without asking what I wanted to replace it with. Order is finally complete and I check it in the car before leaving. It's missing a sandwich. I go back in and wait at the counter. Cashier walks by several times without saying anything. The manager that put together my order looked at me several times from where she was making some sandwiches. I had to call out to them to get help. Meanwhile our flavorless drink and substitute flavor frosties are melting and were chocolate milk by the time I got them home which isn't far from the restaurant.
This isn't the first experience like this at this location.
I saw they had a health inspection of A/100. My family and I thought to try this Wendy's out and they did not disappoint. Everything was spot on. The staff was very friendly. A gentleman opened the door for our son who is handicapped. I strongly recommend this particular Wendy's for having a meal with your family. They'll take good care of you.
Im surprised to get my food like this, it was not that busy for the cook to have burnt my hamburger. Mind you the patty is small to begin with. But ultimate over I was very disappointed, I should of just stuck to my usual the chili. The One time I decided to go for the burger..
