Went thru the drive-thru. Used the app for the order and payment. Pulled up, order was ready in 3 minutes from placing the order. That should have been the first red flag. 6 minute ride home. Ordered TWO 1/4lb Singles with cheese. Cold. Cheese not melted at all. TWO baked potatoes with cheese. Only got ONE. And no cheese. Called a total of 7 times. Busy signal at first. Then a voicemail. Left a message. Called 3 more times. Voicemail only.
Baked potato cold and dried out. Like, OLD and skin was dried but tough like a brown paper bag.
The worse service ever at this location. Staff has difficulty with comprehensive skills. The girls are rude, ghetto, and unprofessional. Food was burnt! They have long weave, no hair nets. Finger nails are way too long. How are they allowed to handle food like that? I wanted a refund so bad, but didn't want the hassle of rudeness and disrespect from them. Don't eat here!
Came here for a quick bite and also to try the new viral SpongeBob Krabby meal. The food was hot and fresh and the service was good.

HORRIBLE..It took 25mins for person to take our order!!!!..wanted double bacon cheeseburger as a meal.. person couldn't find it on his order board!! Then a Regular cheeseburger with advertised $1 frostie..He said " they dont participate" """ We got home & got juinior burger with nuggets & fries???double burger with nuggets & fries??? & drink...it WASNT EVEN GOOD BURGERS WE'RE USED TO AT "OTHER WENDY'S"

My first time visiting. I ordered a fish meal without tartar, my friend fish lite tartar. The fish was overcooked. The lite tartar was correct. The service was friendly, & the place was clean. I might try the place again if I'm in the area, but I'd definitely tell them to watch my order. They have a modern beverage machine with a vast selection of drinks. I had already ordered a vanilla frosty, but would have tried the cream soda if I'd known it was available.
The best atmosphere and attitude of people. We loved it; my mom and I. Hi 5 for the manager... and employees......keep it up people!!!!Usually bad attitudes in other Wendy's spoiled the moment. 4 stars for food its because I eat only at Wendy's (fast food) when I'm starving and far from my kitchen... I prefer home made food that I cook myself.
They screwed up my order and actually told me that I had to pay them extra to correct it. I just made them give me a refund. Won't be going there again.
I got take out dinner. It was two six dollar bags which consists of a sandwich, fries, four piece nuggets and a drink. I think that's a pretty good price for a small meal. The place looked clean, the food was good. And the neighborhood in that part of Philadelphia is pretty decent.
