It never fails that my order is incorrect. I was literally just there (11/11 @ 6pm) and I tried paying with my card. They said my card was declined, so I paid with another one. However I drove to Walmart & was able to use it for a purchase more than what Wendy's was. So your machine is wrong or it's human error. I couldn't get a receipt from Wendy's bc the girl didnt know how to print it. Lastly, I get home & my BACON doublestack is missing the bacon. It's ridiculous. I will not be going go this Wendy's again & will drive the extra 10 minutes to the one in Lenexa.
The workers refused to acknowledge our existence even while we were standing at the kiosks. I overheard the manager say “we can’t take any orders until we get this food out”. Reasonable, but at least let me know that you see the family of 5 standing at your POS station. Me and my family stood there for several minutes without a word said to us before we overheard the manager say that.
8am the dining room opens at 8am

I show up at 8:05am.

Walk up to the doors they are locked I tried to get the ladies attention inside she keeps on motioning me to go through the drive-thru I'm in a semi parked on the side of the road I can't come through the drive-thru I keep on trying to get her attention she keeps Motion in for me to go through the drive-thru so I walked to the drive-thru window 2X she hasn't came to the window I finally knock on the window and she comes to the window and asked what do I want I told her dining room opens at 8:00 I have a carryout order she tells me she's not unlocking the front doors I'm the only one here I said well I have a carryout which I'm the only one there and she just made it so she knew it was a carryout but still gave me a complete hard time about it by this time it's almost 8:20 I tell her I'm in a semi I can't come through the drive-thru she opens the window and hands me my food after I gave her my name it was completely cold will never come back to this Wendy's can't believe they only got one person working at this Wendy's on a major roadway in Olathe Kansas
Wendy’s is always a great place to eat. This is a new restaurant building. Very clean. The fourth floor is gone now you have to do a biggie bag but they are a great deal. Always check the app there’s all kinds of specials and deals.
Ordered a triple Baconator through the drive-in. Get home and no bacon but I've got lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onion on it. Yuck! Also asked for mustard in place of ketchup. Wouldn't you know, ketchup but no mustard. What the heck is this burger? Definitely not what I ordered. I paid the price for a triple Baconator though. Unfortunately I don't have time to drive back for what I ordered. Do better, Wendy's!
Really friendly crew, food came up quickly and hot, very clean place. Staff came up several times to make sure everything was good.
The drive up staffmembers were fast and efficient. The morning special could have been good but the English muffin was not toasted, so it had the texture of Styrofoam. Remove that and the sandwich was good. Also, the potatoes were good: well seasoned, hot, and just the right portion.
I didn’t realize that ordering a spicy chicken sandwich meant that I was going to be consuming the equivalent of an old piece of leather. The drive-through workers were rude and short, and they have permanently turned me away from the chicken at this restaurant as a result of the chewy, tough and improperly cooked item
