9/2024 5* Only used the drive thru. Good experience and the food was hot and fresh.
First, drive thru is horrible. Can't understand the person and she obviously didn't understand me. Got to the window, still had trouble getting them to understand diet lemonade, was told they didn't have it, they did but she didn't know how to ring it up. Then she knocked the glass over and had to get another one, completely missed the Cobb salad I'd ordered. Went somewhere else for the salad. In reading reviews of all our Wendy's in town, sounds like more training is required. Too bad ratings are low, competition is high.
Never in my life have I interacted with such untrained, rude, employees. Not only did they get our order wrong multiple times, they also were wildly disrespectful, attempting to correct us on what *we* were ordering, told to leave even with our wrong order. I had to go in and talk to a manager, who attempted to talk over me when I explained the problem. Literally one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had.
My kids got a coupon for a free JR frosty from the Normal Public Library summer reading program and the Wendy's workers wouldn't let them use it. Staff was incredibly rude, I do not recommend going here. My kids were excited for some ice cream and we had to leave with nothing.
I was in drive thru had to repeat myself multiple times as I was speaking loud and clear. Not only that I get to the window and they got my order wrong for the total so was trying to fix it didn't help that they didn't speak English very well. I'm not happy with this visit. I have been to this location a few other times and they have messed it up every time!
Better hope they don’t mess up your food because unless you drive all the way back immediately, there’s no help for you. Both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and we tried calling for over a hour straight to report it in hopes we could pick up the correct sandwiches later this evening and they just don’t answer. And the voicemail is full. ????????♀️ save your money and your time
No matter what time of day I have been here or ordered something from this location, it always reminds me why I should consider driving across town to the other. The workers always have bad attitudes & are argumentative, the drinks aren't filled or the lids aren't secured, and half the time half my order is missing. The other half of the time it is cold or you can tell that it is old and reheated. This has been my experience with their take out and delivery, breakfast or dinner.
Horrible service..was getting order wrong over speaker.. asked us to pull forward to window to finish, once at window they had order all wrong and when I tried to tell them the order again the manager told me to pull forward because her line was being held up. They still proceeded to get our order incorrect and again told me to park because their drive thru was busy after repeated rudeness we ended up leaving with our order STILL incorrect.
