Bathroom was impeccably clean (thanks!), nice little fireplace to dine by. Kids loved it. Staff very friendly. We’ve stopped here before and would again.
The ONLY thing and i mean the ONLY thing that i have liked about this place was the Ghost Pepper Chicken Sandwich i had, the french fries weren't fresh or nothing to brag about. But especially why this place is getting a bad review is because how rude and unprofessional the workers have been the only 2 times I've gone. They always close the lobby early, it seems like they always have a new frosty coming out but the ice cream machine is always "broken", and when you order food here prepare to be rushed and talked to in a rude manner. I feel bad if you love to eat Wendy's because this just isn't a good establishment, It might even be worth driving a little further just to get treated better.
They closed their doors at 8:45pm on a Thursday. Said it was because they didn’t have enough worked but there was 4 people there and it was dead. If you want customers you have to have your dinning room open, they lost the business of 10 guests this evening.
The chicken nuggets were solid white meat when new variety coatings began.They have returned to processed nuggets again.The sodas don't taste good,DrPepper machine torn up past 2 visits(per worker at window). Good bacon,cheese baked potatoes.
The lady at the drive in was great, friendly, curtious, and professional. She warned me she was tired and having 'a day' and to double check my order. When she handed me a tea instead of my Soda, she caught the mistake and appoligized ( but then handed me an incorrect soda). If that was the only thing it wouldnt have been a problem.
However, This was the worst Wendys I have ever had. The burger was unedible, fries were cold shards, the soda was the wrong one and mostly carbonated water, the milkshake was forgotten complelty, but they didnt charge me for it so I guess I can not complain too much about that. When I went inside to get the milkshake there was no one at the register for several minutes and I was the 7th person just standing in line watching employees walk by.
Can barely hear through the drive thru. Wendys used to be higher up than McDonalds. But now, the food is much higher priced but not that great. We ordered 4 sandwiches. No drinks no fries or sides. $37.
Very quick service. We went at dinner time and the dining area was full, there was a line at the register, and a line in the drive thru. I was expecting to have to wait a long time and almost didn't stay. But we moved through the line quickly, ordered, and people were getting their food within a couple minutes or less of ordering. Dining room was clean and they had a designated person cleaning tables as people left. Excellent fast food experience. Friendly and competent staffing, kudos!
Used to be a great place, now it's terrible ????. Out of all kinds of foods, rude service. While ordering several employees out back riding scooters. Bad bad bad. Around 2 years ago this was one of the best Wendy's around. What happened? This Wendy's needs a complete overhaul or shut the doors. My gracious a ten year old could run it better. Very sad.
