The order taker was more interested in talking to his manager about who's working Saturday then taking my order. He forgot to give me my drink cup so I had to interrupt their conversation to get a cup. Fries were cold and the double was pink inside. Don't think that's Wendy's standard of service or cooking but on a good note I'm just passing thru the area. And GM please no need to reply just check it out, Wendy's has always been my favorite restaurant to eat at nationwide am.
Place was nasty, employees looked slouchy and either strung out or hung over. The food was grimy all except for the actual meat. The meat was the only fresh part. Dirty store, no one does the parking lot from the looks of it. Former employee but, I'm giving an honest review. Disappointed in what the place has become since i worked there. It wasn't all that great back then. Don't take my word on it, see for urself.
Two of three burgers were not correct with regard to the toppings specified in the app order. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Wait time at the drive thru was long, waited at the sidewalk for 10-15 minutes on an order placed 15 mins before arriving. Salted caramel Frosty was delicious.
This location is the BEST one in this area in my opinion there were at least 5 vehicles in front of me and I didn't actually stop my car for a full min.. They were so fast and kind in the middle of the lunch rush.... the frosty was handed to me with the spoon and it wasn't all melty like it almost always is at the other locations which I hate..I will drive outta my way to go to this location going forward..
Take a hint with the one star ratings. Your crew on certain nights and days are ruining your location. Time to clean house. Woman at drive through who needs personal hygiene lessons hands my food to the wrong car, and thus I get the other cars order. I waited way too long in line to be given the wrong order. I go inside asking for my food and get told I am a liar and where is my receipt. Well, honey you didn't give me one. If it wasn't for the woman who had MY food coming in right behind me, I would have lost on $40 of food for the family. Cashier says good we can switch bags ... No. Me and that woman want our food REMADE AND CORRECTED AND FRESH. I don't want food someone else had, and the ordeal was over 35 minutes from the start of my order, to waiting and getting the wrong damn bag, and dealing with such rudeness. I live right up the road and I have been coming here for a while, and I won't be back. It gets worse and worse every time. If I'm near Stone Drive or towards Hamricks I might stop one day, but if not oh well, Wendys is off the menu. Absolutely horrible staff... Whole area down here has gotten so bad. If you hate your job find another. I say it over and over again. Some don't need to be in customer service dealing with the public whatsoever.
me and the mrs went to get the new krabby patty deal got there it shows 9.49 on the drivethru line order board get informed they cannot make the pineapple frosty that comes with the meal and asked if we would like to swap to a different frosty get a vanilla instead its a bummer but not a deal breaker go through the check out and the total is 24 and some change for 2 meals and a water a bit high but my wife wasnt sure if they charge for a water drive off look at the receipt found that we were charged 10.49 instead of 9.49 as well as an extra .50 for the pineapple frosties we didnt get the food is just a regular daves burger with a sauce also we got no tomato on ours though all advertising shows it with tomato and there wasnt ketchup and mustard which is shown in multiple spongebob episodes but i dont think its wendys fault that one
TLDR: the food was mid and wrong they are actively misrepresenting prices and we were upcharged for stuff we didnt get wendys wanna fix this i still have my reciept and pics of the drive thru boards
Much better outside of lunch time. Not their fault....they are often overwhelmed...short staffed like most and in a crazy busy lunch spot. Food is still hot and fresh but you may be waiting a minute longer. Breakfast top notch also btw. Good folks
Next time we will just drive back to town. Stopped after swim meet because everyone was starving. Ordered at 9:02 pm. Got our food at 9:28pm. Fries cold but sandwiches were at least warm. This with only two cars ahead of us. We also didn't get our drinks right away. Food came out at 9:20 drinks 9:28pm. On top of that out of the 4 meals we ordered. 2 were incorrect. The chicken had everything on it when it was just supposed to have mayo. The baconator was not this but a regular single cheeseburger. Nothing like paying for stuff we didn't order. Lesson learned. Doesn't help when you see 7 people working. Or should we say standing around.
