They got my order entirely wrong. I had to get my kid to school so I had no time to fix it. I wouldn't complain but all fast food restaurants in Taylorsville have the same issue of accuracy. Drive thru is always worse. This is a job a high school student can easily do, it's not complicated.
Ordered on the app, I live about 8 minutes away, perfect time to get everything in and drive up and pick it up fresh. Unfortunately I sat in the line at the drive-thru for 24 minutes before I got to the speaker, waited 11 minutes at the speaker for them to take my order, at which point I told them it was mobile order, was told to drive forward, waited another 8 minutes to get to the window, and sat at the window for 14 minutes... At which point they didn't even give me my drink while waiting for my food to apparently be cooked. I'm guessing they're seriously short-staffed but for the love of Lord, at least let people know. The person at the window didn't even acknowledged me when I was there, did not ask if I had received my drink yet. Probably won't be back. Awful experience.
Fries had cigarette ash in them as if someone knocked off their cigarette. Burger was barely cooked. When I called the manager basically called me liar. Said she would replace the food but that she did not believe what I said. No problem I won't return to the Taylorsville Wendy's and I will make sure friends know what happened.
Never gets order 100% right. Drinks are a hit or miss, you can clearly see the color is off when giving the customer the drink out the drive through window but yet still gives it to them knowing it’s not right.
I just can’t justify giving this place chance after chance to get things right. 50/50 chance every time that it’ll be good but to me it’s not worth it.
I have never made a review in my life but DO NOT EAT HERE! They never give you everything you order and then won't answer the phone to make it right, service is always super slow, employees are rude and clueless, and the food is rarely made right. Don't waste your time or money!!!
Went through the drive-through on February 17, 2024 to get a nacho bell grande with no meat just beans and a spicy potato taco. I received my food through the window and immediately opened it. There were no beans on the nacho bell grande. The person at the window was oblivious to what I was trying to ask him and I had to clarify that I asked for beans and no meat. He was very apologetic; however, when he went to the kitchen, there were no beans. I would have thought that he would have either asked to refund the food or substitute for something else. But he did not. I did ask for a little more cheese on the nachos because there was very little cheese and I had actually paid for extra cheese. And he was accommodating.
I think Wendy's has one of the best burgers in the business.... Their fries SUCK!
Kinda like other places.... They're gettin a little pricey. Lol
But still good food, other than the fries..... Clean, Nice people... I eat here quite often....
It’s okay but not as good as other Wendys.
