Horribly rude staff for starters, this establish is on the dingier side and the bathrooms are usually pretty gross. I wouldn’t order here, they’re most likely gonna mess up your order, BIIIIIIIG time. Like putting a literal DOT of sauce on a burger where the sauce is the selling point for it. Like, if you all don’t like working there, then find another job instead of inconveniencing your customers and wasting their money. Miserable staff, miserable food.
Came here about a week ago and it is a very nice Wendy’s. The service here is great, it’s very quick and efficient, the restaurant itself is very clean. The cashier was very nice too. My food was fresh and hot and was made in a timely manner. I can definitely see myself coming back here in the future.
Nice and clean, friendly staff, but majority of the menu items were unavailable..this was the 3rd time I was there for the apple pecan salad and they didn't have. 3rd time within 1 week and a half. But the very nice and helpful staff made up for that...I love GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
UPDATE: July 15. 2022
Thought I would try my luck again with the Pecan Apple Salad again and yup! They were out. The manager-Marisa saw the disappointment in my face and did what I consider ABOVE AND BEYOND for a customer....she went in the back a made me a salad...As everyone knows, I LOVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. martina and the rest of the crew were amazing also. Thank you Cottman Ave. Wendy's. Look at my Salad in my pictures.Update: Same great customer service from this store. Update Feb. 10,2023..The old crew must be gone, came there and it was an entirely new crew, who were the worst. Old, cold fries, chicken half cooked, tomato backs and old wilted lettuce on chicken sandwiches and a ton of mayo.
Not good at the drive thru...test the inside next week. So far, not so good.
Not sure If anyone has been here recently but this location gives the same energy that most fast food places does! MISERABLE!!! Some staff are very passive aggressively rude! A bunch of weird rolling and please do not ask for anything extra! That instantly irritates them. If you want good customer service go to Chick-Fil-A because the “managers” at this location hate their job!
This place deserves no stars. I just got my door dash order. The correct order is on the receipt but the put the wrong order in the bag. This is not a mistake this is stupidity. This is why you're working at a fast food place because you're too stupid to get a real job so have being stupid and leaving your job smelling like grease and most likely not taking a shower because stupid people know nothing about proper hygiene.
Just did the drive thru. Got the two for $3 breakfast deal. Nothing to brag about except the super nice lady in the drive thru wishing everyone a blessed day! That was nice. ????????
I ordered with host Briyans I ordered 2 4 for 4s at 7:21 after waiting 15 mins in line. I Waited 20 mins for my food. My burgers were sitting there almost the whole time. Host Briyans picked up and put down my burgers 3 or 4 times asking his coworkers what they were for. Then finally after asking me what I ordered 3 times tried to give me the burgers that were sitting there for almost 20 mins. I old him I want a refund. He kept insisting on them being remade. He tried to force me to take the food and I had to tell him twice that I want a refund before he went and asked the manager to give me my refund. The manager was nice and did exactly what was asked. Terrible service. Everyone was doing the worst job they possibly could. Host Briyans was lazy and unfocused. The only time he seemed to want to do his job was when the 2 girls that were in front of me ordered. He flirted with them and got them right out of there while everyone else had to wait forever. Very unprofessional.
The service is horrible a bunch of kids who don’t care about your food or their professionalism when dealing with customers. They some how always manage to mess up your order than have an attitude. The food be cold most of the time. This establishment ghetto as hell.
