I was in line 30 minutes in my car with 7 cars ahead of me. Reached the order “window” to be told they were out of what I ordered. Not a big deal except, it took 30 minutes and they are consistently out of what I ordered. I very kindly explained this to the manager who said it wouldn’t do any good to tell her about it. WOW! What an attitude! I drove to the Wendy’s at the plaza where Strive gym is located and ordered. THAT Wendy’s always has whatever I order! This Wendy’s is consistently the worst one I have ever done business with. Will just drive straight on down Battleground to the Wendy’s on the right near Strive gym from now on. It is a bit further, but at least I can get what I want. That Wendy’s has the kindest employees. I do NOT recommend this particular one. They truly do not seem to care. Sad that the owner has to put up with such a lousy, uncaring manager. This was the manager on duty at 5:35 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2024, in case the owner wants to know.
Heard some good things about this place from the internet. Upon tasting the food I was surprised by its mediocre nature. Nothing special, just a regular cheap burger. I tried the Spicy Honey and the Beer something. Fries were bad and soaked in oil. Service was regular, nothing special there.
Overall, another overhyped fast food chain. Not coming here again.
That’s why it’s important to have no expectations from anything.
Wendy's is a great company for older persons and young people to work out of college or high school or second income with a set schedule every evening or regular day shift with opportunity for advancement most Wendy's. The food is usually is good and fresh and you pay for what you get usually.
I would love to be able to tell you how the food was but I wouldn't know because the girl working the front sees me and walks very very slowly to the back of the restaurant ignoring me. I have a feeling I was being discriminated against
Now the gentleman at the window was upbeat took my order in a timely fashion and I repeated it twice ???? cheese, mayo, extra lettuce, I got the order and it had EVERYTHING ???? I then went in , had them asked the drive thru person what I had ordered, he said it correctly, lol I said go tell the cook , because something isn't working. Lol
The food is what’s to expected from Wendy’s, same with the service. The issue is the lighting. They keep the outside lights off at night. It’s so dark they look closed. I’m not sure how they don’t see how big of safety issue this is. If a customer is hurt, you would be liable.
It's easily the best Wendy's I've ever been to, and I've been from West to East Coast. The people are nice, the food is always fresh, and my order has never been wrong!
The workers at this location don’t care about their job or the customers that come there. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted in the service that I received. Please train your employees better before you lose all of your customers
