This location is next to a sewage treatment plant. Your food is always cooked when you get there so it’s slow. They never hold any product even during peak hours.Always forced to pull up to the front. You’ll never get served at the window Extremely high service times!Staff is always tweaked out roaming the parking lot instead of making quality food and service times. Staff is very strange.The guy with pink hair is always cussing at his coworkers. I would love to suggest you eat here but, I can’t promise a pleasant atmosphere or service.This location needs entire remodel or relocation to another part of town the building and staff is dreadful!
Pathetic doesn't even do this post justice! I did a mobile order, arrived and was told to pull forward by Crystal ( cashier at window with pink hair). After waiting forever, someone finally came out to ask why I was waiting. .I finally received my cold and soggy order after 30 minutes! You couldn't even give me current hot food or try to make your error right! If you can't employ competent workers, you should just close down! You are in a customer service field, act like it! Hire people that actually want to work!
New management posted on Facebook decided to give it another chance,I won't waste my time going here, certainly won't waste it trying to use the app it never works anyways. The price difference between the app and in store is ridiculous in itself, you get to get rushed while trying to order food so better know what you want before hand and don't try using a coupon or rewards cause just like the app the scanner doesn't work in the store either, the workers will tell you that in between conversations with each other. Food was horrible had so much ketchup on the burgers had to use 2napkins to wipe some off for it to be edible. I'd leave negative stars but can't
I'm not really big on fast food, but I adore Wendy's and is one of the rare times I love everything a Fast Food place has to offer. Wendy's is a nice place to eat, the Harriman location in particular is always clean and the lobby is always flooding with people. My favorite menus items are the Saucy Nugs, and the new Mushroom Burger is amazing! Easily their best sandwich bar none you can't convince me otherwise. And even the service is nice too, all of the employees are friendly and always welcoming.
However, I have as you can say overheard that some employees weren't treating other employees very well and some employees can be very forceful and mean. And from what I gather she seemed to be a shift manager. This was a while back, but I just remember being in a line or near the order counter and hearing some lady verbally reprimand her employee and I have even crossed paths with some who have outed a few of them weren't so nice to them or have heard stories from other employees, they said they dreaded coming to work for fear all they would have to put up with is some lady constantly yelling at them. And the staff did nothing about it. I'm not sure what's going on, but thankfully I haven't seen them in quite some time. If anyone who frequents this place sees an employee being mean to another, report it to cooperate ASAP. I had to give it a three starts because, the overall atmosphere and employee to customer ratio is fine (with some minor hiccups of some front counter workers being rude) but I think some work needs to be done with how some shift managers treat their employees. I hear it was more than one shifter manager as well, even sometimes being mean to the same person. And a couple I crossed paths with even said it made them dread coming to work because all they could have to deal with is someone verbally mistreating them.
This doesn't take away from how friendly the customer service is overall, I just wanted to warn people in case they frequent the Harriman location.
The food was great. Service was good. And the 5 dollar biggie bag deal was very good.
I went in and immediately they have no fries no forks no frosties. I found a hair in my burger and the potato was barely cooked. None of the workers are wearing hairs masks so I see why. Really gross in general. Never going back!
Was in town for a business appt. And needed a quick bite and the restroom very badly. I was very happy to see they had an open restroom for customers even though it was only take out. The customer service was good but the fries were not so great. I had definitely been sitting there for quite some time. They were over-salted in cold but the chicken was pretty decent. I basically stopped for the restroom so the food was what it was. But I always appreciate friendly service.
Service was great. All but the ghost pepper fries was good. This isn’t the same recipe than before?? I remember there being cheese and green onions. Bring back the old ghost pepper fries! These new ones are awful. $0.80 more to slap on some hot sauce.
