March Madness had many Deals on the Wendy's app . Dave's single Hamburger $1 .. Double $2. And on March Lane store.. free Senior small drink. And the manager, John is always helpful
You can't figure out what is on their menu. You can't use the kiosk unless you have an account. Signs are misleading. Oh only the little thing in the corner is what's available all day.
I left only with a frosty because I couldn't tell what food items they wanted to sell.
Also side note I couldn't get a napkin to use with my Frosty.
I guess I just had to be neat and careful.
Very quiet and efficient inside the restaurant. Everyone knew their job and despite being busy at that time, no one got in each other's way. Very nice teamwork .
The food wasn’t as fresh as it should have been, it was a medium warm. I ordered a couple of burgers and a spicy chicken sandwich. The flavor was good however I felt like it had been good that was sitting out. The buns were soggy and the food wasn’t hot.
I was there Mon Jun 3rd between 12pm and 1:30pm - the young lady at the counter was very nice, polite, and efficient. I've never seen the inside messy - maybe a tray or something sometimes, but overall it's pretty decent. I got that Apple Walnut Salad which is a fav of mine. Never disappoints.
They made my food completely wrong. Wrong burger altogether. I asked for beef, got cold chicken. The baconator fries were gross. They were also cold, 4 or 5 fries hanging out the outside of the container cut in half by the lid. I paid for extra cheese, there wasn't even the normal amount. The shredded cheese was cold and in a compressed lump. Oh and the bacon was not bacon bits. They just threw 3 pieces of full bacon on top. I went back but they were closed and didn't answer the window. It made me think I don't ever want to come back here again.
I wanted to order just a simple hamburger and I was worried about staff making mistake so I used Wendy’s app to show exactly the name and price,they still ordered me the wrong one and charged me more,not to mention leaving me to wait for around 15 mins to say hello.
Went through drive thru. Got a double bacon chessburger. Good price and fast service.
