It can take 5 - 10 mins to get someone to take my order while a line forms. Today, I tried to ask what was on a sandwich, and the woman spoke very broken English. Not even Spanish, just one word answers that sounded like a heavy Russian accent. I couldn't get an answer or use my rewards because I couldn't communicate with her.
I realize that it's getting difficult to hire good people, but putting a non-English speaker in a customer facing job is asking for failure. Very frustrating!
Ahh Wendy's. Your yummy products never disappoint me. A burger and a frosty may not be the greatest things for my diet but they hit the spot for my soul. Bless you Wendy's. May God always watch over your employees and your tasty menu items.
I come here all the time with my family and we always have a good time but today, it was a little bit difficult to make the best of it. Max was rude, scoffing and sighing and rolling eyes over and over whenever a customer needed anything and yanked my debit card out of my hand when their machine wasn't working. Then, later on, nobody bothered to come to the register when we were standing there for five minutes to try to buy frosties, making eye contact over and over with employees that are laughing and joking and talking and completely ignoring us, so we gave up and got ice cream elsewhere.
I like the staff that works the drive thru. They are very polite and always kind when I come through the line. However the manager experience I received today was a bit upsetting. (That’s the one star I gave for service) My order was incorrect so I took it back. The manager a tall Caucasian man remade my order and messed it up again. When I made him aware he snatched the bag from me and threw it in the trash. I asked for my money back and he said he was going to remake it. To the manager you should learn from your staff how to treat people, they are kind and are doing a great job unlike yourself. Unfortunately that will be my last time going there. But I do feel like the lady at the drive through window should have his job she’s very professional just saying.
Great drive through location. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were even hot when we got home! (That never happens with other fast food chains.) The spicy chicken is a favorite of mine. The ladies at the drive through window were super nice and friendly. Their joyful greeting was welcome. I will return to this location.
Service inside was faster than I expected since the drive-up was packed. Two Dave's Singles to eat in. Food was served hot, and the sandwich was tasty. Lots of parking and clean restrooms. Friendly counter people.
The counterman forgot the drink cups. He misspelled the order name. The self-service area was dirty, and the floor was sticky because of too much cleaning solution and not enough water.
This like most Wendy’s at this point is beyond ridiculous as to why my good looks like this I asked for my food fresh and hot and this is the results on top of I had a coupon in the app for 2 for $4 jr bacon cheeseburger and was charged 17.84 and I got 1 overcooked dry fries and 2 sitting cheeseburgers reheated and not even warm enough for the sliced cheese to still be hard this place is terrible and they don’t even answer the phone DONT GO HERE!!!
Everything is fresh and fast. My only complaint is the big portable cooler inside. It blows Everything around. I do understand that it most likely is keeping it cooler, but they should have a better and more permanent solution. Staff peeps are awesome ????
