Mostly all of us have visited a Wendy's among others eateries. I rarely eat fast foods, but today I wanted something different, so Wendy's was my choice. The store was empty of dine-in customers giving me a quick in & out. Of course employees are trained to be friendly & courteous to customers but these employees were nice making me feel at home. Only ordered a double Dave's burger. Didn't take a photos of food, the burger was okay so just took pictures of the place because of it's cleanliness & friendly staff.
Very nasty staff, and sold me raw uncooked chicken,,, drink was flat and zero customer service. And when I confronted the manger she was so rude to me ....
I waited behind a guy for 20 ,minutes before giving up and going around him At around 10:50 PM after the screen told him thank you and to pull forward and he just sat there for 20 minutes; I explained this to the staff when I pulled up to pick up an Uber eats order I make next next to nothing on and she made me go around and wait in line again rather than handing me the already made order waisting even more of my time than I already wastes sitting behind the blind moron in the truck in front of me. They were also rude and inconsiderate with an attitude problem 2 BFs in drive thru. This was on Wed Dec 18 2024
Angel and Nia are the best. They made our experience here at this location. They were so kind, courteous, and helpful. They need to get raises or rewarded for their great job that they do there. The food was amazingly cooked and they were so attentive to all of our needs. They went above and beyond. Angel and Nia.... Thank You!!!!
The service at this location has been horrendous! My food is always wrong and the customer service is frustrating and annoying. I would recommend going to a different Wendy’s if you want your order to be made properly and efficiently. Wendy should definitely shut this place down and start all over again. Also, they use their bare hands when making food and no one‘s in the lobby.
I recently visited this restaurant and was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the drive-thru, there was no one at the window, and despite my simple order of a nuggets, fries, baked potatoes and a chicken wrap, I was asked to pull forward and ended up waiting for over 15 minutes. After not receiving my order, I returned to the window to remind the staff, who appeared to be more focused on chatting and walking around inside rather than attending to customers.
I had to wait another 10 minutes before finally receiving my food, only to realize they had forgotten to include my fries. The lack of attention and customer service was very frustrating. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for others.
Time after time this location is a disappointment!! Tonight they had me waiting at the speaker for at least 5 minutes and then told me they are taking cash only and proceeded to tell me they can’t take a $50 bill without even knowing what I was about to order. I ask How do you already know you’re not going to have enough change for me? THEN HOW ARE YOU GOING TO TELL ME YOU HAVE TO KEEP THE LINE MOVING BUT YOU’RE THE ONES HAVING ME WAIT AT A SILENT SPEAKER FOR FIVE MINUTES???
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I’m not satisfied with this restaurant, I came out of town and stopped my order was so simple it was 2 cheeseburgers with only cheese and pickles and a classic chicken sandwich with no tomato, when we left the drive thru we checked the food and everything was wrong, they remade it but they were very rude about it and took the food back I never seen them throw them away! A manager never came out just the employees so no one ever came and spoke to me
