I ordered a Dave’s double with no bun since I can’t have gluten.
The photo shows you exactly what I got…
Single patty, nothing on it except for cheese. And some lettuce that looks like it’s had better days.
Tried the grilled ranch chicken wrap and my wrap was 80% cheese and some of the chicken was inedible because it was dry and rock hard for some reason? You can see the color difference in my photo. There was 0 ranch and like 4 pieces of lettuce. Also, the fries were almost inedible because of the salt.
It's a Wendy's, dudes. The food is good, service was reasonable. I did dine in and the restaurant and restrooms were clean and well kept.
Sub par experience. We love the new guaranteed Hot & Crispy fries. Much to our dismay when we got home, our fries were not hot or crispy. In all of my fast food experiences, I have actually never had such a sorry bunch of soggy fries like these. I am dumbfounded that they would even consider throwing these in an order. We live far enough away that it’s not worth it to spend our gas to go back for a new fry. Shame on you Farmington Wendy’s.
Just wanted something small with a large ice water, and I ordered a large ice water. Guy, who I think was the store manager, handed me a small drink. He changed my order, and I protested, saying i asked for a large. He responded that he would charge for a large ice water. Made me feel like I couldn't afford a larger size. He corrected my order, but I heard some condescension in his tone of voice so they get a bad review
I've been eating at this Wendy's since it opened and I there has been a noticeable decline in the food and service over the last year. The employees usually look like they are on their last limb and the lobby is most of the time clean. I don't recommend doordashing from this Wendy's, any event that I have, including today, it has taken over an hour to get my food and most of the time they just cancel the order. I don't know if there is something wrong with their system or if they are just too lazy to take doordash orders, but it needs to be addressed and fixed.
Ordered 2 large premium combos.. new Big Bacon Cheddar came as a tiny bacon cheeseburger, large fries that were cold and gross and the large coke I ordered was actually a Dr. Pepper.. new Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger was dry and almost inedible and received small fries instead of the large ones I paid for. Beyond disappointed in this visit along with most visits to this location.. guess I need to drive the extra miles to the Kaysville location.
Ordered the breakfast burrito combo and it was easily the worst burrito I've ever had in my life (even worse than a gas station burrito). After working fast food when I was younger, id bet that the burrito and potatoes that were given to me at 8:30 were prepared sometime around 5 am and had been living under a heat lamp since then. The worker was very polite, however.
