I have no idea how the food is. But the drive-through customer service is horrible. Pulled up to order yes the lights are out, and yes, they have a note. But the woman who gets on the intercom has an attitude. I asked for two happy meals, and she had a very rude response. “ We don’t have happy meals.” Because of her nasty and rude attitude. I immediately went next-door to canes.
If you do not like your job, you should not be servicing customers. No reason to be rude nasty or mean. Every fast food chain offers some form of kids meal/happy meal. Don’t worry, the service and the attitude will make me never visit this location again.
Drive thru clearly states kids meal price is 2.19, but they wouldn’t honor it and charged me 5.37 for each of my 3 kids meals. Even after taking a picture of the menu and driving back through, I was told this is the price for just the cheeseburger by one employee and just the drink price by another employee. Won’t be back for false advertising at this restaurant.
Shout out to Pastor Ray! I got WAY more than expected at Wendy’s yesterday. Thank you pastor Ray for helping me find my footing in the midst of a chaotic day. Your kindness and ease rippled forward and impacted me and others in a way that can only be described as divine timing. So thankful for you!
And yes, I’ll be back for a burger!!!!
The male voice kept rushing me during my order placement
Come to the window to learn it's a manager
He asked if I wanted any sauce before leaving
I had already ordered two ranch on my receipt and asked when paying
He hands me two ketchup packets
I ask for ranch
He asked if I wanted 3 or 4 packets
I politely raise voice to say ranch
He says "OH! And hands me them"
If active listening isn't starting at a managerial level, how is any entry level ever going to listen?

Always good food and near my work. I go here at least three times a week, and the food is always good. The service is fast and friendly.
This is obviously a fast food restaurant, but the people here are so incredibly nice. I come here often for lunch cause I’m in retail and don’t have a lot of time and whatever the food quality the people here deserve recognition for their surprisingly wonderful attitudes for fast food employees. Kudos to the day to day workers holdin us down.
Our food at Wendy’s today was so good !!!! But the best Part about Wendy’s is Pastor Ray!!! We live close to three different Wendy’s, but this location will always be the one we go to because of Pastor Ray. Wendy is a fast food restaurant but they definitely make you feel like family there.
Just had a very enjoyable breakfast at Wendy's. We met Pastor Ray very kind courteous and a great worker. We will be coming back because of him.
