Got lost and stumbled upon this Wendy's!
Food: Ordered a Crispy Chicken Biggy Bag, Senior Drink, and two small Frostys. All the food turned out great. The food was all fresh/well seasoned. And the frosty's and drinks were correct.
Service: The young man that served us was also kind and worked efficiently.
Atmosphere: It was relaxing not alot of people in the dining area. The view was also nice at this Wendy's overlooking part of the highway.
It's not a good restaurant to get a burger. And I'm a fan of Wendy's. Burger was mid. Fries weren't fresh. Ketchup dispenser was empty but I probably wouldn't of used it because it looked dirty. Finally like someone else commented, the soda machine wasn't working properly. Wait til I tell Dave about this. Smh
Nearly every table was dirty, but several employees were standing around on their phones. They were definitely on the clock because when called to the front they would go then sit down again. Took 3 minutes for the first order to be taken because the employee was wandering around the kitchen talking to others and chewing gum with his mouth wide open. Eventually came and took 1 order, then walked away to socialize again when someone else was waiting at the counter. The manager was nice and came to take my order, but the other workers were horrible. After we ordered, the boy stood at the counter on his phone, leaning against the wall. Not a single table was cleaned while we ate there.
Stopped here on a road trip hoping for a quick meal but ended up spending over 40 minutes waiting for cold, greasy food. The bathroom had no paper or soap, and staff were indifferent when we mentioned it. When we complained about the fries, an employee tasted them, gagged, and admitted they were cold, but we still had trouble getting it resolved. Poor service, poor food quality, and a frustrating experience. Not recommended.
Asked to wait 5 to 7 minutes for food, and it comes out cold. That's some special talent. Order nuggets and get no sauce after asking me which one i want. Make it make sense. I can't recommend it to come here. Stick to the pne on Lake Mead for now. Further drive vut for the service and accuracy.. I'll take it.
My way over priced burger was not even put together. Literally. No effort was made. Meat tested old, surprised they didn't use that for their chili. I tried to give it my dog when I got home and she wouldn't even eat it. I think they need to hire better people or the manager needs to be held accountable. Horrible.
Definitely understand why these old women are working at a fast food restaurant at there age and the crazy thing they couldn’t even do this job correctly. Horrible service , horrible everything . Fries old and stale had me waited over 15 min and never even came out to give me the fresh ones I requested had to get back in line and get old fries again ! But I’ll be calling corporate hopefully they get there life on track
This is a fabulous Wendy’s very efficient very clean, and amazing staff shout out to Tristan for making sure we were taken care of.
