Might just be Wendy’s. But this location is great. Always fresh food, which is a must in order for fast food to be good. Such great customer service. I didn’t get the employees name, (I think possibly the night manager) was so freaking nice. He could make anyone’s day.
The lady taking my order was super nice . She carried my order to my table and she wasn’t like at most takeout places that just gives you your food and forgets to acknowledge you.
I can tell she enjoys her job.
I just found out her name is Heather. I hope to see her next time.
The most pleasant woman works there and took our order at the drive up. Definitely adds to a positive experience all together. Probably even adds to making the food taste even better as you drive away feeling pretty good. We got a bacon breakfast burrito & french toast sticks.????
Chalk this place up to another major fast food joint that seems to not want you to be dealt with in any fashion.
In spite of having a literal human being at the front counter to assist, the store demands most who can pay using the kiosk to do exactly that. So unless you're of a particular age, they simply don't wanna talk to you or assist in any real way.
Honestly, by this point we should all start promoting more small businesses if treatment like this persists.
I ordered two lemonades and waited over 15 minutes. The way they process orders is incorrect, I waited behind a family who ordered after me, they got their food first. TWO LEMONADES almost 20 minutes. I live super locally and i will drive to a different place. You need a leader, and expediter who will prioritize. Watching this team bumble around silently and almost stupidly is off-putting.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT THE DRIVE THRU - REVIEW IS BY VICTIM OF CC FRAUD - there is an evening employee (non-descript white male who worked the night of September 27) who STOLE my credit card information! Wasn't even slick about it... obvious the individual took a rub of my CC with a coin and receipt paper. Starting making fraudulent charges the next day. Despicable. Can't get ahold of this branch to rectify the issue.
Usually don't even get acknowledged when I walk in the door. The managers aren't friendly at all. It is usually fairly clean. Food is usually pretty fresh.
Came late night, service was great, there was a huge line which the staff dealt with quickly. Got all my food and was out quickly. Wendy's food is Wendy's food, but consistent.
