I went through the drive thru, I understand that people aren't always going to be pleasant. But the person sounded miserable...like I was interrupting them. I ordered and was charged for lrg, but I received M fries. I was charged extra for onions and cheese on my chilli and there was no cheese nor onions. Won't go there again
Just left the drive through. They up-sell you and don't give you what you pay for. Paid for a large meal, got a medium. Got 2 chillis, they up sold me the cheese and onion to then not bother putting it on. The employees I dealt with sound and act like they're bothered or don't want to be there. I'm all set with this location, not the first time nor second. My fault for trusting a place to give me what I paid for. Smh
Fresh, never frozen beef. Wendy's sets itself apart from other fast-food chains by using fresh, never frozen beef in its burgers. Their square patties and frosty treats are popular choices. The restaurant often has a more upscale feel than other fast-food joints.
I was just went through your drive-thru and tried to call the store I had the honey chicken biscuit you need to check your diet Coke. The one I got was nasty. Other than that everything was good
The black girl with red braids has a gorgeous smile! Its extremely nice to see people with a positive attitude. The food is decent its just wendys.
Went to this store and the food was on a plastic cart not refrigerated at 11pm when the store closes at 12am....the manager who told me he was servsafe certified said he was told it was ok...talked to the district manager who told me he would talk to him...way to care about the customer at all...I don't care that you talk to your terrible employees how about caring that u could have gotten your customers sick!!!! Awful restaurant and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Will 1000% not be returning absolutely disgusting service I received. Have tried not only calling the store multiple times to speak to a manager who won’t call you back. I’ve tried calling cooperate number multiple times will no luck there either. Absolutely ridiculous company who doesn’t care about customers experiences will be boycotting Wendy’s from here on in seeing as they don’t care to bother to give someone a call back. Have some pride.
I suspect there may be some sanitary or food quality concerns that are not being addressed in the kitchen. I would recommend going to any other location
