Ordered a taco salad. The lettuce was so brown and slippery. I didn't or could not eat it. Although I did eat the chili and it was good. I also ordered a 5 deal dollar. Deal, and it was also good, but the salad was unedible. And I tried to call and I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone over and over again.So I guess it is what it is
Posted signage states lobby hours are from 9am-10:30pm. After trying to enter I was informed that there were only 2 employees working, instead of being apologetic, the young man who informed me of their staffing issues inferred(not so pleasantly) that it was my job to understand and am, for some reason, supposed feel guilty for the issue. Not likely, 2 thumbs down
They will ignore you if you are a white male. Stood at the cash register for ten minutes without being acknowledged. “Hello” no response “Hello”(a little louder) no response “Hello” much louder. Manager walks up and says “please don’t yell at us. It makes us not WANT to serve you.” Then he walked away and they all continued to ignore me. I understand that white males are demonized in today’s society but I’ve never been discriminated against like this before.
We took my granddaughter there to try the krabby patty combo, with the pineapple smoothie. We all had to taste the krabby patty and the drink. They were both delicious. The special sauce on the sandwich was really good,and the drink was very flavorful. We were rating the krabby patty from 1-10, she gave it a 100. Will be going back for another one
This place discriminates against people who cannot see without assistance, which should be a basic accommodation at this point in time in our society. The parking lot has been dark for three months, the drive-through menu is never lit. When I asked them for assistance, the employees got defensive. I will always admit when I am agitated, which I was in this experience, but because of the lack of accommodation and my agitated state, I was then denied service and was then referred to how many people that were behind me. 7 people were behind me and three drove off in the wait time that I sat through. I was also harassed by one of the outside employees who had no business interacting with me or my ordering process. When I did talk to a manager through the intercom, he told me that he had put in a service request months ago, but the company has so far ignored it. Please keep in mind this is South Carolina so these Wendy’s are probably owned underneath franchise law, but they are still obligated by law to serve those with needs/disabilities. This is not a safe place for people who have additional requirements/needs or disabilities. Save your money.
They were out of some stuff when we went, but the food was good and I was content with it. The girl was nice through the drive thru speaker, but the girl at the window acted like she hated her job - I understand, but don't take it out on me!
Drive thru is open until 2am. I hope I’m not still sitting in the line then (It’s 11pm now). I’ve been in line for at least 20 mins already. Haven’t moved, other than other cars bailing.
Really awful.
Went through the drive through one person was super nice the other very pushy. Food was so so. It's fast food.
