We enjoyed our visit here at the Visalia Location as it was a welcoming experience and clean environment. The food was saucy and delicious and the Krabby Patty was as advertised! ????
This store has the absolute worst customer service at night. I just went through to pick up a mobile order around 8:45 PM this evening. Once again, they messed up on my order. This time it wasn’t something as simple as forgetting an item or to include something like an ingredient, but I was given a disgusting piece of chicken. There was some plastic crap on top of it, and it had a piece of bone or cartilage and a lot of veins and arteries in it. It made me sick when I started eating it. I had to call a dozen times before someone answered. I asked for a manager and a young lady yelled she was the manager. I am not sure if she actually is because she sounded really ghetto and was rude. Instead of helping me like the daytime manager did with the other problem I had with an order by taking my name down and having me come back for a replacement, she told me that I had to contact corporate because the issue happened with a mobile order. I informed her that the other issue I had was with a mobile order as well, and the manager just took care of it. I asked for her name and then she hung up on me.
I am so disgusted by Wendy’s that I doubt I will ever buy food from a Wendy’s again. I was going there almost everyday lately. I filed a formal complaint to the corporate office with the store number referenced, and I wish I could give them the name of the rude employee, but she hung up on me to avoid giving me that information. After the first mess up order I had, and the good experience I had with replacing it I would have easily recommended this Wendy’s but now I would never do that. They need to hire more quality employees if they want to avoid more complaints like this in the future. Ditch the jerks with the attitudes.
Could be a little more cleaner. Not bad, but needed tiny attention by condiment area & a few tables needed wiping down.
Came to try the Wendy's breakfast today, and what a disappointment. Ordered a breakfast croissant and was shocked to see the paper thin egg. Back to McDonald's it is.
Sometimes it's quicker inside than the app. Especially when there's long lines in drive thru. Tables and trash need cleaning.
Today I went to order some food for my daughters but unfortunately I felt like using the bathroom so I asked for permission to use the bathroom before ordering and the cashier told me that I couldn't use the bathroom so I had to order first, the truth is I was so upset. They practically charge $ for using the bathroom I wonder if it had been a child the truth is bad service I will never go back to that place again ????????????????????????
Got 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. Buns were stale and cold. Crispy chicken was barely cooked and had been sitting for a while.
Excellent service. Staff is so amazingly kind and the food is always great.
