Avoid this place if you want your order correct. Multiple times they have forgotten items and given wrong items entirely!! Tonight I ordered 4 sandwiches and if I didn't check the bag before leaving I would have realized they only gave 3. Got that corrected and went home only to see that they messed up 2 other burgers by giving us an entire wrong item and missing an extra patty that I paid for. 0/10 do not recommend
They forgot my 4pc nuggets that came with the biggie bag. The best thing was my strawberry lemonade and my girl said the nuggets weren’t crispy, it was chewy ????????????
I went to order a meal for my 75 years old grandmother at 8pm and I don’t know who work there or why they spit on my food and wrote really offensive words in my food bag they refused to provide a receipt and when I called to speak to a manager no one answered the phone I called Penn Avenue Wendy and talked to the manager in that store his name was Chris and I sent a picture of the bag and told him what they did to me I also called corporate and the were closed so I wrote them on their website and sent them a picture and I am here because I want to be heard and I want something to be done regarding this issue this is so disrespectful and as a customer I shouldn’t be treated like this.
Ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. No ranch and very little onion . The guy at the register was on the cellphone and mumbled everything he spoke with me.
I asked for no ice in my drink, instead they changed my drink to diet and added extra ice after they charged me. The man at the drive thru was filming me on his iPhone while holding a coworker and calling her mommy. The store and customer service hotline hung up on me
Yasmeli-try working in the back if you don’t want to deal with customers. Very rude service. And it’s hard to have bad service through the DRIVE THROUGH. I understand stand people have resting B face, but your attitude didn’t help with that either. I said please and thank you, I don’t understand why you gave me looks and didn’t say a word back to me. I never write reviews- but I had to go look at my receipt to point you out. I hope your manager see this and puts you on a fryer- where you belong.
I ordered a Dave's single. I understand that it was supposed to be a quarter pound single patty.
I received a smaller sandwich with two cold, burnt around the edges, patties. The bun was dry and broke up just opening the sandwich.
I walked back in, one guy looked at me. I said I think I got the wrong sandwich. Two people made no move to help me. I turned around to leave and told the guy behind me, " They don't care!"
I saw the next guy come out empty-handed. I would guess there is an absentee owner trying to figure how to get more foot traffic inside. There it is, right in front of you.
I believe the sandwich that I got was not picked up by whomever it was intended for, so it was repurposed like those errant loto tickets that sit there waiting for an owner.
As I was leaving, I saw the cashier in the window watching me while waiting on the driver in front of her.
I didn't want any kind of argument, I just won't be back to this restaurant.
Was in the Drive thru 15 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. There was only one car in front of me!!! When I finally got my food, started eating my fries on the drive back to work. They were warm, not hot! Got to work, my burger was just warm also! I work a half mile from Wendy's. If I had to wait that long for my food, shouldn't at least one thing be HOT!?!?
