Got the breakfast baconator combo for under $7. Hands down the best breakfast sandwich at any fast food spot. The young lady at the window was very nice. Hot fresh potato wedges and didnt ask for ketchup but got a small cup which was great for dipping while driving to work! Great job team
I swear if this wasn’t the closest Wendy’s to my home, I would not come here the customer service is completely horrible. You can say thank you 1 million times And they will ignore you They are extremely rude Whatever old lady Y’all had working In the drive-through tonight, has the biggest attitude after asking me to hold on y’all gotta stop hiring anybody just because y’all need help. There’s no way that I come here at least three times a month Every time I come the staff is rude as hell the entire staff tonight was mean and nasty no type of customer service no training whatsoever please do better!
This is probably the most horrible Wendy’s in all of the Wendy’s I’ve been too in my life. This young lady had 5 cars waiting because she was on FaceTime. At the drive through window. Messing orders up. Then have the nerve to rush us because she took her time on FaceTime. I had to take a picture cause she irked me so badly. And I hate that. I truly do hate bad customer service.
Their service is terrible. No mannerism ! Long wait times just don’t waste your time here. They don’t even get your order right after all that waiting. I ONLY gave them the one star because I got my money back.
Shitty place over the last 5 times I’ve been they have continued to mess up the order rather that be an unwanted tomato or cold fries or tea that was supposed to be sweet tea. The staff during the evening are not friendly nor do they care that we have allergies
Ordered the new mushroom burger as a combo with an extra burger, and I couldn't understand why my total was $23 until I got home with no receipt. I was charged a large combo when I wanted a regular single for both. Both burgers were double, and only one of them had bacon. It's late, so I didn't bother calling or going back, I should've confirmed my order in detail. But staff should repeat the order back in detail and give a receipt instead of overcharging..
I love Wendy's! I love it so much, I work here! And I love my customers, they are friendly, always smiling, and very polite, respectful (for the most part). I laugh and joke with a lot of my customers who feel that this location is there go to. And they are forgiving when we make mistakes and appreciate when we make it right with a discount or free menu items. Thank you to all of our guests!
I just went through the drive thru. Cashier didn't know what a #10 was. When I got my order the fries and nuggets were thrown everywhere. Half my nuggets weren't in the nugget box. The Asiago chicken ranch club had no bacon, ranch, or Swiss cheese. And they put pickles on it... cashier had an attitude and obviously didn't want to talk. My soda was flat. There was no line it wasn't busy no exception for not knowing your products or even customer service. Will never be back to this location and a waste of $15
