Completely ignorant. I doordashed a dinner for 3 and I got someone else’s order. I requested a redeliver and then I did not receive 3 items. Again, I requested a redeliver. Now I did get the chilli in an unsealed bag AND NO UNSWEAT TEA!!!! I give up!!! They really need to te-think about that minimum wage increase!
The store was very clean. Order was accurate and timely. Courtios service personnel. Laid back beach atmosphere. Food was delicious.
I was asked to pull forward in drive thru to wait for my food. Cool. When they brought it out I asked for some ketchup and was asked to go back around and wait in line for ketchup. Seriously? Needless to say I just took my food home to enjoy without ketchup. Oh, and the reason...he didn't want to forget what I asked for. Hey kids...don't do drugs. You can't make this stuff up.
I spent $50 in the drive thru and only received half my order. When I asked for the rest of my order, the man with missing teeth showed an incredible amount of disrespect. He first insisted that we only ordered the sandwiches, then checked the receipt and see we paid for the meals. Then he said he already gave us our fries and started yelling through the window. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone, save your money and go somewhere you’ll be treated with respect.
Terrible service, no employees said "Welcome to Wendy's". nor did any employees say thank you once I paid for our food. We typically always eat inside.. My family and I owned a fast food franchise restaurant for 26 years. I was HR at our restaurant. Employees don't understand that customers pay their wages, not the owner of the restaurant. We ate here twice doing our visit to PCB.
This is the greatest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The dining area was spotless. The staff were on the ball. If you want the convenience of fast food, this place checks all the boxes!
Rude service at the drive-through. The ice coffee was UNDRINKABLE; felt like drinking sugar on ice, could not taste coffee at all.
This Wendy’s locations is the slowest fast food in Panama City. After giving the drive trough several attempts I went inside to order. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one took my order so I left.
