Order food in drive thru. The young man was nice but the young lady that gave me my bag wasn’t friendly. Food wasn’t fresh. Nuggets wasn’t fresh they were rubbery, fries was old. Why have customers waiting in drive thru if you going to serve cold food..At this point Wendy’s need to be replace with another restaurant in Clayton nc service is not good. Workers should treat customers food like their own if you don’t want cold fries, rubbery nuggets why give it to a customer. Workers just don’t care bc it’s not their food.
I bit into a completely raw sandwich. I will be speaking to management tomorrow. The time is now 11:45 pm 03.20.2024. I couldn't even leave a voice message on the phone. What a horrific experience. I suspect that my elderly mother fed my dog a raw sandwich. How come! How come! They will be getting their raw sandwich tomorrow!

Great food and service, which are most important but it feels like they’ve given up on their dining room. Roof leaks resulting in removed ceiling tiles and the urinal was out of order
I brought my granddaughter there to eat before her dance class. We left and drove to next destination. Hamburger was half done. Time to receive food was extremely long.
Been awhile since I've been to Wendy's. I wanted some breakfast and something different. I ordered a baconator breakfast sandwich and potato wedges. I also ordered a peppermint frosty cold brew. Sandwitch was ???? and hit the spot. The eggs looked real. Unlike some other places. The potato wedges were better than expected. The cold Brew was decent too.
Can't get an order correct for anything!! Always double check your food!! My child got a honestly way too spicy chicken sandwich when she ordered a regular one. I'm sure they waste a lot of money on tomatoes that they could save just by following people's orders! It's too expensive these days to not get a correct order...
Drive thru - lady told me to order. I got 3 words out before she cut me off, and then it went silent for about a minute. She came back and i ordered two meals. She had an attitude the whole time and completely missed 1 of 2 meals, then got pissy when I still wanted the meal before I drove off. While I waited, I watched the same lady grab a cup with her fingers on the inside with no gloves on while working the window. Nasty inside and out. I live 5 minutes from here and only visit every 6 months or so, hoping the staff improves with no luck so far. Food was slapped together, but it tasted as expected. I guess I'll try again in April. 6/19/24 @ around 1800
Food was hot and fast. They filled up the cups. The lady at the counter upsaled me some cookies. While there I heard the manager tell employees they were doing a good job. Something managers don't do much anymore.
