Beware of the drive thru speaker. It's like a megaphone to the face. I was told there is "nothing" they can do. Maybe a sign, a warning, talk quieter, mic farther from your mouth? If you have a problem with that then you will become the problem. I recommend at least a twenty foot distance from this super blasting speaker! ????
Surprisingly the food is always in good condition (not looking like it was tossed in the wrapper from across the room), well proportioned (not skimpy on parts of the meal) and I get in and out so quickly compared to a lot of other food chains and even other Wendy's in nearby towns. The only way they could be the best Wendy's in Indiana is if they had marked down $1.99 kids meals Monday through Friday like the logansport Wendy's in addition to the great service and food presentation
Clean tables, clean restrooms. Extremely friendly staff with Christmas Holiday spirt. Most workers had bells on. Staff was extremely friendly
Went there today and got a 10 piece nugget. Instead I got two clearly purposely placed and given nuggets the size of the box. So I called and the manager said that she's basically teaching kids at a school. Sounds like this has happened before. Will not be going there again. Photos as well :)
Order placed inside and was promptly delivered. It was hot and fresh. It's what I expect from Wendy's!
.nobody seemed to be interested in waiting on me. Then, apparently they only have one coffee pot because they ran out of coffee and they left me standing there for several minutes waiting for my coffee. Bacon egg biscuit is good but rather small. The man standing there who appeared to be the manager said nothing....not a smile or friendly face anywhere.
Wendy's was okay. Went through the drive thru and nothing much has changed about Wendy's. Either you can tolerate their burgers or you can't. My wife wanted a loaded baked potato, but of course they were out of those. So it was a so-so experience and the food was tolerable.
The last few times that we have gone to this Wendy's in Monticello we have had mistakes with our food and the staff is not friendly. They can't seem to get our order right no matter what we order. The guy working the drive-thru window acted like it was an inconvenience because I asked for a cup holder for four drinks.
