My krabby patty meal was perfect. I usually don’t expect much from fast food but when I get surprised I try to show them some love. The service was great. The frosty was thick AF and delicious. I got our food super fast. Al took our order and provided service beyond our expectations. Thank you!
I originally got a strawberry lemonade and it tasted like water so I asked for something else which was tea. This looks to be SPIT!!! Can you say LAWSUIT!!! This is in Hollysprings, MS.
Typical Wendy's fast food. The staff were friendly and inviting. The breakfast we got was okay. My bacon, egg and cheese croissant wasn't that warm.
My husband and I walked up to counter at Wendy's in New Albany MS and there were 4 employees behind counter that NEVER greeted us or even spoke. We stood there for a few minutes. They stood back there just talking and laughing. We were not even looked at. So we left and I will not go to that one ever again. IT WAS SORRY PERIOD!!
For a drive threw it was fairly fast and painless. Employees seemed nice and were not disrespectful in any way.
Have forever and always loved eating lunch at Wendy’s. The chili is great and the baked potato is delicious. A nice, easy spot for a quick tasty lunch. Lots of variety here.
The worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Ran in to grab some breakfast sandwiches as we were traveling back home. They were not using the counter registers so they were relaying the order to the drive thru cashier. My daughter ordered just a bacon, egg and swiss sandwich and I ordered the same sandwich as a meal. When I said go ahead and make hers a meal they added another meal. So 3 sandwiches total. When I paid I thought it was pricey but waited for my receipt and saw they issue. I didn't care since I like the sandwich and we had a long road ahead of us. While we waited we got our drinks and the free form Coke machine. Every single product was off in taste and was not drinkable. Had to have the drinks filled in the drive thru. By this time our food was ready and we started to head out but found out they only gave us 2 sandwiches, didn't bother to read the screen so we had to wait to get our 3rd sandwich. When we finally got our food we got rolling down the road and found out they gave us sausage, egg and cheese instead of bacon and the sausage was burned. For 17 bucks we barely had any of the sandwiches that was edible. I was not about to turn around and go back to a place with shotty service, mark it up as another reason to not eat fast and especially not in MS.
At this location in Holly Springs, MS, it never disappointed me nor my family. The drive thru line is no problem! Then went I get my order, always fresh and hot! Made to order hot, love it! Frosties came with straw and spoon! Love it, love this visit, and love this place. Got my vote! Great jobs you guys!
