Had a good meal here. Ordered the fish combo meal for lunch. Fish sandwich was steaming hot, frys were hot and crispy. I like the soda fountain machine. Lots of selections of drinks. Place was clean and staff was friendly and prompt. I will definitely go back.
The best Wendy’s. Food is super hot and fresh, they always go above and beyond, they are so thoughtful and include all the sauces and utensils you requested and more. I work at the hospital in Dover by a Wendy’s but will wait almost an hour until I drive by this one because it’s just so superior.
I was greated when I walked in. When my food was done, they walked it over to me and said "stay seated, I'll come to you"! Bravo to management and staff here. I had the maple chicken bacon sandwich and it was excellent. Come here for good fast food! Clean environment as well! Enjoy!
My Wendy’s single cheeseburger didn’t have any tomato, had one small piece of an onion slice, one pickle slice, and a limp piece of lettuce that was partially brown and impossible to bite through. Fries were lukewarm and dried out. This was around 7 pm on a Tuesday night. Very disappointing - quality has really gone downhill while prices have increased.
We didn't go in we went through the drive-thru but my husband asked for specific things on his hamburger and they didn't do it they instead put other things that he couldn't have on there so that was kind of disappointing. The other thing the atmosphere wasn't that great because they're doing construction on the right side of it I'm not sure what it's going to be it looks like some type of car garage type of thing or car Wash type of thing that they're doing and it's still in the building phases. The service was mediocre, because they actually didn't get his order right.
Rude staff. Even the manager had an attitude. Ordered 2 of the same burgers and a med. ff. No fries. Ask for the fries and manager says Oh U want free fries? No I want what I ordered and I have no issue paying. Mean while the staff just glared at us. Bad customer service. The burgers weren't good. Dry and old. Definitely was sitting there for who knows how long.
We were greeted by Christine, what a joy filled person! She made the the whole place light up! Being small business owners, we know that great customer service is huge! We eat at Wendy's alot because it's close to our business back in Missouri, and they have great customer service.
My family and I went there on July 7 in the afternoon the place was more than clean

The manager lady brought my food over to the table with a smile and spoke nicely to my family she was even cleaning the windows with a smile...
When I'm in that city again I will only go to that Wendy's hoping to find the same crew and manager...
This was my best experience in any fast food restaurant....
