Doors not open for walk-in for breakfast (carryout preorder) @ 8 am. Went to drive through window, three employees past the window before one came to it. Then get attitude about having to still go to the drove through to ask for pickup order. I asked about coming in for pickup order since the doors were not open and when we're they suppose to be open...I got eye-rolled at. I'd have to go back around to ask for pickup/carry out order again. Then was told they were going now to open the door now. I parked and came in after door was unlocked. Finally they got around to making the order and I left. Get home to find the order was not made correctly. I got two breakfast Baconators on regular bun, not croissants ordered for the one ordered. No English muffin. The rest of the order was correct. Very disappointed with Wendy's and service.
I had an issue with an order so the new GM Dennis and his team communicated and worked swiftly to correct the issue. Major thanks to them! (Plus the food is always great????)
To come to Wendy’s and for employees to tell customers they are out of nuggets is outstandingly sad. When that is the most common food item everyone buys there and to be honest this establishment will lose money this way. Asking the employee at the window if I ordered the biggie bag what would I get in place of the nuggets she only says “we can sell that due to there being no nuggets”!! Blew my mind and highly upset this night when I heard that.
Really disappointed. Went there for my fav, Asiago chicken club, which has always been excellent at other Wendy's, but this was bad. Chicken should not be chewy. It was everything you don't want in a chicken sandwich. I will say that their small fries were bigger than Burger King's medium, but I wasn't there for the fries...and look at all the dang "heels"!! A very sad tomato and burned bun. Yeah, disappointed.
This Sunday, all of the employees I saw were doing other thing that taking care of customers. The store manager was not around, he is always sharp and looking up to help. But that time he was not around. Who saved the day was a new employee. A young african american lady name Kim, she is amazing, working like a pro and giving the best customer service any only dream. If not for her, I'll be writing a terrible review but her professionalism changed a bad review to a good one, only for her. The rest of the team truly need to re train, specially in customer service.
Wendys will gain a lot if Kim becomes a manager. She truly deserves it!!!.
They refused to take my order at the drive thru. Made me download the app and it comes up $2 more than the price on their sign. The girl was rude and repeatedly told me to move from the drive thru because I was taking too long and was messing up their timer for orders. No service from them. Why are they paying someone who refuses to take a customer order and money.
I stopped for breakfast on Sunday. The woman working drive thru, Olivia, was so polite, and nice and bubbly! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! I will definitely go there again. It's becoming harder and harder to say nice things about staff at these fast food restaurants lately. Good for you for having polite people working there representing your brand.
Went inside yesterday water everywhere. There were two young girls . 1 girl sitting in the back eating but waited almost a good 5 minutes before someone asked me anything. I wanted to just walk off, but I had placed a mobile order. Told the girl my food was cold, she walked to the back and stated I was doing to much. Trust me I won't be back. Just a ghetto mess.
