I got a honey butter chicken biscuit from here. It's usually my favorite, but unfortunately it was one of the more disappointing ones I've had. Among other things, it was kinda dry and needed more honey butter.
I wish I could give -100 stars.

We waited 20 minutes for a $5 biggie bag. The manager and his employees were all busy hanging out instead of readily preparing anything. There were two employees talking on their cellphones, without gloves, and handling food. One employee made himself two snack sized frosty’s while the dining room line continued to grow.
The guy at the register walked away in the middle of taking orders so that he could change into his uniform….in the kitchen………..
When we could finally get their attention, my meal had been prepared FOR A WHILE and they just forgot to give it to me. They proceeded to just give me my bag of cold food.
It was a fever dream. There’s so much more to share but it’s just not worth it.
There is no guidance or people that like their job at this location and you can feel it from the attitudes and taste it in the food. I wait for 15 min in the drive through for my mobile order when there isn’t anyone else waiting. I get my food and I checked it because I know about this Wendy’s at this point. (but I still came here for convenience, never again) I can clearly feel the cheese on my baconator fries are ice cold through the container. While I’m checking my food I hear the lady in the window say “why you still in my drive though?” Tf? Like she didn’t see me checking the order. I told her my food was cold and she said the fries were “just made” and to “open and try it” and just as I thought, old fries with cold cheese sauce. She irritatedly had me park on the other side of the building while they re dropped old fries into the oil and tossed them in the cold cheese sauce. I’ve worked at Wendy’s and I know you are supposed to conduct yourself better than this. I took the fries because they seemed annoyed they had customers even though it was only 8pm. Get it together. It’s not my fault you hate your job. Maybe don’t work at Wendy’s.
Service was slow I waited ten minutes and nun of my food was fresh not even my fries. Also staff has poor communication after I paid they literally had to ask me what I was waiting for LIKE MY FOOD!!! Plus even when my food was complete in the window the boy was on his phone like are you serious give me what I paid and waited for or if you gone make me wait make it fresh atleast.They honestly need to get that together if they don’t understand customer service they shouldn’t be in the drive through
Drive through was closed but no sign of notification. When I pulled up to the payment window the young lady standing inside told me I should have known it was closed because no one was there. She was very rude. I went inside and she waited on me. Once again she was very surly and curt. Clearly she wanted her check but had no interest in being there and properly representing her employer. I won’t be back.
the food is decent but there is no sense of urgency with the employees. I constantly have to wait 30+ minutes just to get my order taken and another 15 minutes for it to be prepared. And because people are constantly pulling out of line because it takes so long , i often get charged for other people's meals who have long left the line.
The man working drive-thru needs to be reprimanded for terrible customer service. He was extremely rude, when I tried placing my order, kept asking "Is that it?" before I could even finish placing my order. I told him I wasn't ready and he kept pushing for me to finish and then placed me on hold and didn't return for awhile. I will no longer be visiting this Wendy's location.
Always, always a 10 minute wait at the drive through, but usually much longer. Sometimes you sit there waiting for your order to be taken and there’s no one there. You shout at the microphone “hello, hello?” I get that they are probably short staffed but they need to improve their drive thru operations.
