Literally a pathetic excuse for a sandwich……
Was suppose to be a SpongeBob “kollab” ….. only indication was the sheet of stickers I got! Also forgot 2 drinks and still had the pickles after asking for both burgers to not have any ????????♀️????????
SAVE YOUR MONEY JUST GET A DAVES SINGLE….. or maybe don’t if all their burgers look as depressing as this one.
As far as Wendy's goes, this place is a pretty great option. I rarely ever sit longer than a few minutes in this line, no matter how long it is. Somehow, they have mastered a quick drive-thru process.
I have yet to receive an incorrect order from them, either. And I work nearby, so I have eaten hear dozens of times. That is an impressive feat. for a fast food place, especially considering I often order online and make topping adjustments to my orders.
So I decided to go to Wendy’s today and get the Krabby Patty Meal. I loved watching SpongeBob as a kid and the service was great but the food and fries were bone dry. It was hard to eat. I’m very disappointed abd would never eat at this location again!
Hadn't eaten at Wendy's Ina while decided to try again. Unfortunately it took about 40 min to get our small order in the drive thru with only 3 people ahead of me. Then when we did get our food fries were burnt and soda was disgusting. Will not be returning to this location. Has definitely gone downhill. :(
9/25/2024– the staff was so sweet i went there around 8 at night, we received the wrong food so i came inside they knew exactly what i was in for before i even said anything, bit a big issue they made it up for me and they also let me keep the wrong order.. very nice
I was their very last customer on Wednesday July 10th at 12am.
I ordered a simple 6 pc garlic parm. Nicole, i believe a newer manager or just a new face to me took my change and gave me my bag, she was very respectful and kind and I got out of there quick being that I have to be at my overnight healthcare job.
The interaction was really nice and the reason why I'm writing this review. I worked here before they remodeled the building and still see some old faces here like Kayla that's worked here about 5 to 6 years now.
I've had my times were my food was cold and or wrong. I just kindly let them know and tell them to please fix it, because the first face you see, isn't the person who made your food. Plus, accidents are bound to happen in a fast paced place.
They have always fixed my orders and compensated and or just got it nice and right.
I'm a regular and I really enjoy going to this location.
Again thank you so much Nicole, I hope to see more people like you. I know the food industry isn't easy. especially dealing with people who come in literally last minute (me lol) and being genuinely positive
