I have reviewed this twice now, the first time I wrote something about this Wendy’s; was the fact my order was cold and now my fries were cold, my burger was decent but the place inside looks filthy! They lock the doors all day in the afternoon and sit there looking at us! I have sat here for at least 20 minutes trying to get fresher fries and sat at the drive-thru for a good 45 minutes for WHAT? This Wendy’s is on it’s 3rd strike with all these low reviews they need to get it together
Thieves. Placed an online order that I never received. Waited in the waiting room for 45 min. without A/C for that order. I call it a waiting room because it appeared to have gone uncleaned since the the early 2000's and was not fit for eating in. Was denied a refund and my complaint was deleted and never addressed by corporate.
Can’t go in and the line is all the way back to 155 they have the doors locked. I wanted to go in just to get one quick item because their line is so long. No apologies about the wait, no explanation of the locked door and no note on door letting customers know it’s just the drive thru open
We went yesterday 8/18/24 and it was a huge mistake. Place is totally dirty and outdated. Took 20 minutes for our order while they weren't busy at all. Short staffed this day and it showed. Biggest thing was that the AC was not working. Made for a miserable dine in. Manager was sporting a Freddy's restaurant shirt. What message does that send to customers? Food was just ok. Bacon was next to raw on burger. Won't be back. To he honest, looks like it should be shut down
Lobby closed at 7:00 on a Friday night. You can order online but can’t pay, so you waste time doing that. Drive through was slow, looked like there was one person working the food and another mopping the floor. Burgers were cold to top that all off. Very poor management if you can even call it management. Don’t eat here!
Did not receive my food and was given no instruction for a refund. I ordered through the online mobile app for carry out. After arriving and trying to open the front door, they were all locked (odd as it was 6:45pm). I got in my car, rolled up to the drive-thru window, and asked for my mobile order. The manager said that they could not make my order. I asked for a refund, and they said they could not help me. I asked for another manager, and she repeated she was the manager, with no further explanation or assistance in remedying the situation. I will be working to get my refund with customer service, but the service was deplorable. I understand they may not have control over the mobile app and their restaurant's capabilities, but the lack of care or assistance from the manager was extremely irritating.
Worst experience. 2 working, if that's what you want to call it. Got our order wrong, sent it back, they brought it out our fries were cold. The hamburger was just thrown together. It has been checked off our list to eat.
Wasn't clean.
This used to be a decent place. Sad it went down hill.
This was the world’s most interesting service I have ever witnessed. I placed an order online at 2:10 and come 3:00 I’m still waiting when people that had come in after me and ordered got their food and left. Every single employee, except the tall, white man, was dismissive and ornery to customers asking about the status of their orders.
