Disgusting food service. None of them wear gloves or hair net while preparing food. Also, have been waiting for more than 20 min in line and there's many people already and none of the employees even let us know that they will be there soon but just watch us and do their work. While I placed an order for spicy chicken, I got an order for regular chicken and when I realized this after going home, they don't even lift the calls.
This store's Manager should be ashamed with this kind of customer service training and they need to bring new staff here. Never going back here again.
They are slow as molasses . How do you have a line and still serve cold food. They have to speed it up most people that come to this restaurant are warehouse workers with limited time. Start serving fresh food this is the motto any way
This Wendy's fell off bad. About 2 years ago or so they made food food now they give soggy bacon on a backonator, no salt on fries, breakfast sandwiches seem like they're pre-made and not ordered fresh. I'm so disappointed in this Wendy's now. Just shut it down
I ordered a spicy Asiago chicken sandwich and was charged for one but was given a cheap chicken sandwich patty. They could have at least notified me and charged me accordingly. Very disappointed.
Messed up my order multiple times, Cold food. Rude and incompetent employees. Not a fan. Everyone giving 5 stars is crazy! I've given this place so many chances and at different times of the day. They suck 24/7.
The workers here a very rude. I also went and ordered a small drink, and my friend ordered a large frosty and they were both a small yet she was still charged for the large. When I went back in they said that the order was correct. None of the electric kiosks worked, and only one electric drink machine was working and it wasn’t very responsive and it didn’t have ice. The fries were old and soggy. Just all had things about this place. Just do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s.

The employees do not wear gloves or hair nets when preparing your food. Completely gross. I witness one employee with her hands in her mouth and touching her clothes while preparing my food. I requested a new sandwich with gloves on. I also saw the manager not wearing gloves as she prepared sandwiches. The service was good but couldn't believe what i was seeing.
