Waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes, literally nobody ever came on the speaker, I asked multiple times if anybody was working, drive around, one guy was at the window, showing his shoes to another coworker. I asked if they were open, and they looked at me like I was absolutely insane, it's 5:00 on a Tuesday. I canceled my mobile order because apparently they don't want to work.
Went to try the crabby patty meal with my boyfriend and had great service up until we got our food at the drive through and one of them made a comment saying "did they avengers save the world today?" And doing a slight point wave towards the front of the car. His car had gotten into an accident months ago and we have not had the money for replacement parts, but wanted to treat ourselves to something as it had been a long day. The comment made my boyfriend feel bad about the appearance of his car and in turn ruined my experience of ever wanting to come back to this location. If the guy had made it an obvious friendly joke, maybe it would've came off differently. Not to mention my boyfriend already did not want to come to this specific location because most of the time they do not care to take your order after 10pm. - we will not be coming back to this location.
I have lived here all my life and have been around the world. I have never been to a slower Wendy's in my life. U used to go there about 4 times a month, I don't even go there anymore because the staffing is way too low and its super slow now.
Typically good food and service here. Was sent here by corporate to handle refund from poor service and not receiving my order at six forks location. Not sure why I had to drive over 5 miles out of my way to fix an issue they created but... here we are.
Friendly but incompetent service. I ordered a salad and baconator fries. There was no avocado on my salad as advertised, they didn’t ask me which dressing I wanted. They gave me plain fries. Then they didn’t even give us a receipt so we could rectify this. They’re nice people but as a former fast food GM, the staff there has no business running a restaurant- and corporate needs to give these employees better product training.
STAY AWAY...GOTO MCDONALD'S ACROSS THE STREET. Very slow. Had to repeat order multiple times. Person kept typing in wrong. Good thing for the drive through screen. I kept telling her what was wrong and she finally said "just put around, I got it". Very rude. I paid and she told me to pull up and wait. Cars already waiting. Finally received order. Of course order was wrong. This has happened before at this same location but I tried again. 3rd time is now last time. STAY AWAY...GO TO MCDONALD'S ACROSS THE STREET.
I don't know who's the cook at this location, but they need to do better. The fries are never fresh the 4 pcs nuggets I had this evening were terrible not fresh. Looked as if my nuggets were sitting under the light to stay warm all afternoon to evening. Also, the bacon on the jr bacon burger was terrible looking. I had to take the food and toss it. I will not return here to this location again.
Just avoid this one. It's easier to pretend there's not a Wendy's here than to keep coming back, hoping this will be the 1/10 time it's actually good. These guys are forever sending me off with cold nuggets and fries, missing silverware or sauce. That's if you're on the lucky side, they might be out of nuggets or soda or decided it's too close to close (45 minutes) and they don't want to cook more. Not for as close to $15/person it costs to eat at Wendy's these days. Unbelievable stuff here, and I'm always in the line twice for one reason or another. Find another Wendy's. Or go to McDonald's. Right across the street and they have their act together much more frequently.
