I ordered the Krabby Patty Collab meal and let's just say SpongeBob would not have approved this. There was no sauce, no tomato,no onion. It was smashed and cold. The fries were cold and unsalted. The Pineapple Under The Sea frosty I guess mean a vanilla frosty with pineapple syrup just sitting at the bottom. No straw or spoon to mix or eat it with. This is the third order you've just destroyed. Wendy's used to be the better quality of fast food but you have really gone down hill. You got the last of the dollars I'll ever give you. Just awful.
There’s nothing wrong with the food. However the staff has no urgency and it shows. I waited in a drive thru line for (no exaggeration) 45 minutes. I almost never post reviews but that long of a wait at a fast food restaurant prompted me to. I could see one of the employees visible through the drive thru window eating. Maybe they could serve people writhing 45 minutes if that wasn’t happening.
2:30 in the afternoon…maybe there was a lunch rush and that’s why the garbages are both overflowing, most soda flavorings were out, and all of the tables are dirty… however, this (the picture) is completely unacceptable. Made me want to throw up when I saw how many dead bugs were lying on the window ledge by the table I was eating at. Staff was nice and friendly, but the environment/atmosphere made me seriously rethink my choice in coming to this location.
Ordered a double stack biggie bag n ended up with half the double stack???????? would be 5/5 but instead I’m missing one patty soooo 4/5????
My colleague and I stopped here for lunch around 11:30am on a Monday in July- it was not the greatest experience. No one was at the register and one employee walked by without stopping to help us until prompted by the manager. One of our orders was wrong. There weren’t any napkins, ketchup, mustard etc. stocked in the dining room and when I asked for some the employee gave me two packets that were so sticky and gross I didn’t even want to use them. The floor in the entire restaurant was so greasy and slippery I could barely safely walk to the bathroom and back to the table. The dining room overall had a funky smell and was not clean at all which made me wonder how clean the kitchen my food was cooked in was…The meal itself was a bit less than okay-standard burgers and cold fries. I won’t be eating here again. I hope they deep clean the entire restaurant and kitchen for the sake of all diners at this Wendy’s!
Would give a 0 stsr rating if it allowed!! Customer service and happiness are not a priority. I ordered online only to get there and they were out of 4 items I ordered (3choc frosty and a bacon cheese potato) they acted as if their lack of items was my problem. I understand things run out, but they were not willing to refund it they acted as if i should just order more food we didnt want in place of it just to make up for their shortage. They asked if I wanted the peppermint frosty I declined due to the fact my family does not like the peppermint flavor (why we ordered chocolate in the first place!) They told me to request a refund on the app. I notified them I ordered online as I did not have the app. So I thought of what could be substituted in place of said items. I told them on one to just give my daughter a sprite. I personally am not a fan of the fries but love the potatoes so I did not need any fries. But they continued to try to tell me to get the peppermint I finally stressed to them we do not like that flavor to just refund it. The staff continued to dismiss the issue as if I should accept it and take the loss. The manager came to the window and acted as if the issue was not anything to be concerned about. She offered a baconator fry in place of the potato. I accepted them being that I was hoping to come to a resolution quickly. They kept just shutting the window and hoping I'd drive away. I informed them I attempted to claim items not received on the website but it didn't give me any option but to cancel the order. The manager came to the window with attitude as if I was inconveniencing HER. I kept telling them I just wanted a refund but they told me I just needed to find other food for them to give me. I told them aside from what they didn't have I had already order and got all the food my family needed/ would eat. I wasn't going to take food that would just go to waste. So the manager threw her hands up and yells "fine ill just dig in the till and refund you!" (Which I requested in the beginning!) She still shorted me my refund and the bacon on the fries was so burned it was BLACK!
It looked like the char scraped off a grill. I had to disguard it all. I attempted to eat the fries but it tasted like I was chewing on a grill grate!
Went to drive thru and order family nuggets, nothing else, had us pull to side and said it would be 7 mins since it's alot of nuggets. We waited and waited, finally my teenagers went in and the food was done but they forgot to run it out to us. Ya super annoying
The last couple times we've been to this location, the diner trash has been overflowing. The floors have been sticky, table tops have dried soda and the chairs are dirty. As well as, missing or empty condiments and no soda syrup in the machine. This location really needs some quality management.
