The staff entered my order incorrectly. I advised of the error and they corrected the order but refused to reimburse me for the difference. The sales assistance initially said the manager will assist with the reimbursement then returned and advised I could not be reimbursed. I asked if their intent was to simply keep my money. The sales assistant returned to the manager to inquire what should be done, and the manager shock her head no. The assistant then returned to me saying they cannot refund me.
This was very poor customer service at this location. The manager never came and spoke with me to offer a satisfying solution. My order was placed incorrectly, I was overcharged for something I did not order, I was given the corrected order and expected to leave the restaurant having paid for a more costly order.
I was the one who suggested that they at least give me an item that's equal in cost to the difference, which they did. I didn't want anything extra but I wasn't going to just give Wendy's extra money as they seemed to expect me to. If this is a Wendy's policy, it's horrible.
This is the worst Wendy’s! I wish there was an option for negative stars. Out of the past 3 times I’ve been there, I was turned away twice with them saying they are not taking orders. Both times were in the middle of the day. The one time I did get served, the food was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. Also, if you visit this location in the evening/night you will see the employees hanging outside smoking while the drive-thru is wrapped around the building. Please Wendy’s corporate, take the L and close this location. Then maybe a better restaurant chain can utilize this space.
We were not greeted even though it wasn't busy, the staff was unfriendly and completely silent for the most part. Someone used the grease mop in the dining room which made the floor so slick you could skate on it which made me nervous carrying our food to the table. My chicken wrap had chewy chicken, and there was a piece of paper towel deep fried in my fries. I spent over $40 for my family to eat which trash cooked in our food. If I wanted to eat trash I would have gone to McDonald's. This is unacceptable.
I've given this restaurant multiple chances to get their act together. I guess the almighty dollar is all they care about. The last time I ordered there online, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN. No honey mustard, no tomatoes and no lettuce. I received an EMPTY BUN. $5 dollars for an empty bun? Tonight I tried again. I ordered a grilled chicken with regular mustard and ketchup. Chili Cheese Baked Potato. The sandwich had HONEY MUSTARD, LETTUCE, KETCHUP and 2 grilled chicken breasts. The potato was half cooked with NO CHILI and barely any cheese. I called the manager and she was too busy evidently to even talk to me on the phone. She absolutely had NO CLUE what to do. I am DONE with Wendy's. DONE PERIOD!!
Went to this location and went inside and stood at the counter for 15 mins and no one asked to take my order. Everyone was all about the drive thru and it wasn't that busy at the drive thru. A manager and two other people were standing at the fries. There was a lot of people waiting to order and no one to come to the counter to take orders.
I can't remember the last time they got my order right, this is by far the worst fast food place in Thomasville. Yesterday I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo, they gave me a cold sandwich with nothing but mayo. Don't go to this Wendy's.
This store is an absolute joke! I ordered 2 baconators and they didn't put any bacon on them! I had to go in and ask for it and they looked at me like I was crazy. Not a single employee in this dump cares about their job I even heard the guy telling the cashier that he left the bacon off because he was in a bad mood. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Will NEVER visit this store again!
I just stood at the register for over 10 minutes waiting to order and I know the people saw me standing there but not one sorry individual acknowledged me at all! Highly disappointed! Was looking forward to a new breakfast burrito!! I can’t answer none of the following questions due to the lack of service!! October 16,2024
