I am sharing pictures of a Baconator with extra bacon. The Baconator at this location is aways missing bacon. 6 slices of bacon is what it is supposed to have. You get 2 half pieces in this location. So this time I ordered extra bacon
Overall average example of the chain. I order the nacho burger and it was excellent. It wasn’t fast or slow. The restaurant was fairly clean though.
I came in at 9:05 this morning. While I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order taken, it was not a pleasant experience. The lady on front was very rude and didn't bother to ask questions or anything. I was met with a very curt "Is it for here or to go?" No hi, how are you, nothing. Just met immediately with rudeness. I politely told her that it was for here and that I wanted the bacon breakfast burrito meal. I didn't say anything else because I wasn't given the chance to. Just an immediate total. That was it, just a total. I was kind of thrown off by that where I've been a manager before (not here) and the absolute non existent service etiquette was making me not want food at all. But I was hungry and since she didn't ask any other questions, I asked her nicely that I'd like to switch my potato wedges for the oatmeal bar. She made some intangible comment about no one asking her that before and it took all I had to remain polite and say something along the lines of "Probably because you don't give them a chance to either..." She made the switch and again told me the total. Nothing else, just the total like last time. Inward sigh because I wanted an iced coffee but I felt rushed enough as is by now so I didn't ask for it. Told her I had a coupon to use. Scanned it and told me the new total. Didn't say another word to me after that. Also noting that the soda machine was out of a lot of things, just got water and found my food waiting on the counter. I got my food and ate, then left. I wanted to speak with someone over the crappy service but decided to just leave a review. Don't go here if you don't want bad service. This woman wasn't friendly in the slightest, I don't know her name but on my receipt it said Tara, not sure if that was her name. Short, older, hair in a bun, very sour attitude and looks aggravated at everything and everyone. Usually only go to this Wendy's where its close by but I won't be returning here. You guys need to train your employees on how to be more approachable, friendly, and to not rush their orders....or other people will also take their business elsewhere. I will also note any time I've had to place my order with this woman, she's also been very rude and rushed the order, unfriendly, acred like anything she had to do was a bother to her. I don't know if my review will be taken seriously because this Wendy's never takes anything seriously and food is usually wrong or cold but I thought I'd share my experience.
Customer service tonight was terrible, I specifically asked for a fork with my baked potato, and while I was in the drive through they assured me that it was in the bag. When I went to eat it there wasn't one, and when I called to complain, they said it should be in there and hung up on me. After the long wait, the food was okay, but I wouldn't recommend this location.
The first worker at the intercom was amazing! Had such a great attitude and made up for the rest of my experience. They couldn’t even get a 6pc nugget right. They put like 10 fries in a “large fry” that they charged me $4 for. NEVER! Am I coming back to this place. I’ve had too many bad experiences here. Just a terrible place overall. The wokers suck, and most of them were barely hired. Dunbar need to be cleaned up and so does the places we get our lovely food from. Do better Dunbar; the people need it.
They was amazing the food was so fresh I really enjoyed my krabby patty meal good job guys
I never eat in at wendys so I can't review the atmosphere but they have some banging burgers and the loaded potatoes are amazing.
Placed an order for carry-out and got to the restaurant at 9:25pm and the doors were locked even though the hours online and posted on the entry door of the location says "dining room open until 10pm"
