Nice fast drive-thru my order was right. Just watch out that they try to upcharge you without you even knowing.
This is a great Wendy's. Always clean and well maintained. The food is good, well prepared. The manager is very friendly and attentive. Gave the atmosphere a 3 just because, hey, it's a fast food restaurant.
It is a clean restaurant, but food & service so-so overall. Wendy's app rates a 2 star. Why do you need to click on coupons to use them? Cumbersome. Disappointing.
Pro Move: pass this restaurant, there are many other better options in the Kitty Hawk area.
Stopped in here for lunch on my way out of town. I ordered two meals, they gave me everything except one of the fries. When I showed them that I didn't have the fries they argued with me about it and it took the manager to finally get them to give me the fries. Instead of giving me the medium fries I had ordered after all of that they gave me a small. I had to go back in and they gave me a hard time again about getting what I ordered. Very frustrating experience.
They gave good service. The young lady who waited on me was very nice. They give out a free small drink to veterans.
Ordered food from here and first they could not understand me. Second I got my food and they didn’t give me the right order and gave me no receipt. I returned and was told I needed a receipt… wth
Super friendly staff and amazingly quick service. We were treated more like friends than customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for good service and predictable food.
I went here expecting a decent meal but when I got there I ordered as usual and the lady who handed me my food said in an angry tone,” here’s your food ya lousy slob” so I then stood up tightened my tie and roundhouse kicked her in the jaw, trrrible service terrible food, ugly lady
