[Personal Opinion]
I thought all branches would have the same standard of food, but this branch was THE WORST I've ever experienced.
Here's why:
1) The two drink machines were either broken or out of soda, and they didn't refill them.
2) The french fries were cold and soggy, and the hamburger patty was dry and cold. (I visited twice, and there was no improvement.)
3) The staff made mistakes with the orders and were slow.
[General]
- The restaurant is located in a shopping area with ample parking around.
- This branch doesn't have self-service stations for sauces or napkins; you have to get them from the counter.
- There are separate restrooms for men and women.
WHY?!?! "Pamela" was not the person who took my order, it was a man who i think was the shift manager in a blue shirt. I requested pickles extra pickles on my sandwich and did not receive any, I upgraded my fries to chili cheese fries and asked if I could order a side of sour cream and I was told that it came with it, but when he personally put these items in my bag he did not provide the side of sour cream. He also didn't provide me with a fork only a spoon which I thought was pretty messed up tonight at least let me know they didn't have any Forks before letting me order if that was even the case. When I got out to my car the chili cheese fries had spilled all over the bag, and after having cleaned all that up I had to then try to eat them with a spoon. There was literally barely any remnants of hamburger in the chili. The sandwich was good with exception of not having the pickles I ordered. The only thing that came out correctly was the chocolate Frosty. Next time I treat myself for lunch, im going somewhere else.
Breaks my heart to rate Wendy's so low, because I do usually love their food! However, this store is consistently messy and dirty looking with trash on tables and the floor, even though the cashiers are standing there doing nothing behind the counter. The last two times I was there, about 2 weeks apart from each other, the soap in the women's room was empty. No soap at all. The first time I told the cashier, she looked at me vacantly and didn't really respond. This past time I was there, I mentioned it again saying that I noticed it was empty the last time I was here too. The person who I think was the manager piped in that the battery has been dead on the dispenser. There's soap in there but it won't dispense. I don't understand why they don't put bar soap out so that women can wash their hands after using the restroom before eating? I decided I'm not going to back to this location!
So, after a couple of years of improving this Wendy's has went off the cliff once again.
I went five minutes til ten. The door was closed, which is fine, I was planning on taking it home anyways.
Originally, I was placing the order via the app; but I forgot my cards were locked so I needed to pay by cash. I went to the window to pay and use the scanner to get my deal. I was surprised to find the daves double with $2 off in the app was $12.58 and same through the windo with $2 off was $11.20. When I got to the window to show them the scan code. The guy in the window asked me why I was using that?
That was strike 1.
I ordered the following; a double with just ketchup, mustard and pickle. He asked if I wanted a number 2. Which I said no, a number 1. I then asked for a coke no ice and as usual fresh French fries. Got to the window. The drink had ice. I asked for a replacement, he over filled it then handed it to me without wiping the side.
That was strike 2.
When I got the food, I was a block away when I decided to check it. Fries were cold. And the double wasn't modified.
Strike 3.
When I went back, they corrected everything, giving me fresher fries, but of course shorting them. While I was waiting for them to give me the food, the guy working the window filled the ice bin, using his bare hands to even the ice out. Did I say anything, unfortunately no they had already struck out.
If the area manager or owners care please get this store corrected. I've lived here for 15 years. It's the most convenient fast food option, but it's not the only one. I've never had an issue with 5 Guys and even the McDonalds nearby is pretty good.
Recently renovated location (Feb 2022), facilities are clean.
Staff is somewhat disorganized and multiple people got incorrect orders.
They have Coke Freestyle machines at this location so you can customize your drink.
Would recommend the beef burgers over their chicken sandwiches. Frosty is always good. Salads aren’t bad either
WHY ARE DRIVE THREW EMPLOYEES HANDING OUT BUSINESS CARDS FOR THEIR SIDE BUSINESS for house cleaning....on 11/7/24 at 8:01 am.... Hispanic female.... Just not the place for this.
Be careful people, my daughter found a feather in the nuggets. Unfortunately the fearther was inside the nuggets and my poor little girl chewed it before knowing g it us a feather. Wendy's, we didn't ask you to prove that you use real chicken, at least not in this disgusting way
The gave me the wrong order. Drove home 15 minutes away to find out. Came back the kid was able to tell what I planned to do regarding this matter. He should probably be a mind reader. I get that it’s Wendy’s but come on. I can get the same burger at five guys. Guess there’s a reason they have trash reviews here.
