Always empty inside the store, and looks run down and a little dirty. They never have the seasonal frosty until later on. Their QR code is never working. The salads dropped down in size over the years and with shrinkflation, the salad had more toppings than leaves. Not a good run for your money unless you get the 4 for $4. It’s better if you go to Panda Express next door, it’s more fresh.
I just left Wendy’s. My total was $50.49 through the drive through. ALL MY FOOD was burnt. I ordered a spicy chicken patty for my salad. That was even burnt as well. They even charged me for an extra 6 piece chicken nugget, which was not included in the bag. I had to ask for my receipt or else I wouldn’t have gotten it. With a big order like that why would you cheat me, let alone give me burnt food. I will NEVER go to this Wendy’s again. May sure to ALWAYS ask for your receipt because they definitely do be cheating people.
Like their salads. Chicken nuggets enjoyed by kids. Best chicken sandwiches of any fast food. Unfortunately, they no longer have a side salad to sub instead of fries.
Like many other people have said, the hours of operation posted online and on the store windows aren’t followed so if you’re expecting food at night, don’t. Honestly people should just stop coming here so that it’ll close and maybe we’ll get a new business that at least follows their own stated hours?
Luckily the app let me refund my order (I suppose since no one was there to start it so it never passed the point of no return).
Okay food for what you pay for. Didn't expect high cuisine or anything else. It is after all fast food. The ladies running this place are on top of everything. Service was fast, food was hot, and the place was clean.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!!!! I went to this Wendy’s for a quick snack on my lunch break. I ordered a biggie bag. A damn biggie bag man and I got the double stack and added tomatoes. I got a fry and the drink was free because I had a reward. Not only was the order wrong, it was also nasty and cold!! I asked the guy at the counter, his name is Chris J (he’s a manager) I have his number if anyone wants it, for a refund & he says to me we don’t do refunds, it’s Wendy’s policy & I paid with a card. Asked him to call his manager, he called someone don’t know if it was his manager or not but I had to go as I only had 30 mins for break. I left VERY unsatisfied, & still hungry. I paid $6 and although I could’ve tripped hella hard about it I let it go (for personal reasons) but please if you have a big family don’t spend ANY money with them, they are super trash. Service is terrible, they are rude & they WONT give refunds on orders they messed up.
Don’t waste your time. The employees are lazy and will avoid the drive thru. As if they aren’t open . Patiently waiting for this location to close and be replaced by another company with decent employees
Very fast service but my nugs didn't seem fresh. My fries were fresh though. Yet I liked the expedited service.
