Was horrible experience . Restaurant not clean at all , server don’t understand English but speak English . Ordered a burger this afternoon with lettuce and tomato came out with onion and pickles. And they have no ketchup they out of it . The sandwich look horrible, my dog won’t eat it . Frize well done could break a tooth . Do not eat here
Wendy’s is my favorite fast food and it’s not even close. This restaurant is terrible. The wouldn’t accept card payments for a few weeks without fixing it. Lines are bad. The dining room was completely out of napkins, ketchup, and over half of the soft drink syrups in the machine. The worst part is that the employees don’t seem to care at all and are completely apathetic to customers. It takes a lot for me to go out of my way to write a bad review but this location has earned it
Every time I get food from them it’s stale , and I’m confused on why yall lobby not open so yall not getting much service so yall should have nothing but time to to make sure the food are fresh. And when you call it rings when you try to call back they unplug there phone so now it’s busy ???? too ghetto
This place is garbage. People can't get in. Drive through only. Cashier is a liar. Can't get mayo or your food prepared you ask for. 3 times we went in 3 month window due to in area needing breakfast. Each visit got worse and the last was horrible. You can't call them and no receipt in the bag. And the food smells funny. Take my advice. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!
It’s sad to even write this 12.20.24 8:27pm , the guy manager who comes off just rude and like he doesn’t need or want anyone in this drive thru live mind you the doors are locked ….. I’ve been sitting in line since 7:58pm, just rode to the window to everyone laughing and pilled up mind you it’s 8 plus cars in line right now …. At the window the guy says they are doing shift change it will take another 30mins ….. but how are you doing a shift change when the manager and everyone laughing sitting on the counter top just not caring about the customers smh I hate that this location is ran with NO CARE
Done in hours say 9am-10pm. I came to the door and it was locked. I am a truck driver, in a truck. I cannot go through the drive thru. I was the only one trying to order, inside. The manager didn’t even look in my direction. Stayed on the phone and didn’t give me the decency to tell me why I could not come into an open store during daylight hours.
Do not go here. They need to be shut down. Just look at the reviews. Pulled into the drive thru during normal business hours, no other cars in line, and was told they can only take mobile or door dash orders. I asked to speak to the manager, so called “manager” proceeds to tell me they can’t make any food for me as a drive thru customer because he has already closed the drawer out 3 hours before they close. I offer to pay with CC and then he says sorry we’re short staffed with two employees and I’m the only customer in line. They don’t want to work and there’s no oversight and they couldn’t care less. Absolute joke.
The worst!!! Took 35 minutes to get food in drive thru. The order was wrong, waited like 5 minutes while they ignored me for my drink. Literally some of the most incompetent, angry, and just not wanting to do job people.
Maybe start with welcome to Wendy's. Not take ya orda, with a rude voice.
