The food is always hot and fresh. Never sits under a lamp to dry out and be not so good when you get. The fries are salted perfect.Sometimes, the lines can get long, but they get you in and outta there pretty quick.

order was wrong.most the time I go here no chili or frostys! Also the lights to the drive thru was off and they still had about 45 mins to close. West Carrollton location is a lot better ????????
The lady taking the orders in the drive through was very helpful and patient! That almost never happens nowadays. Will definitely be back.
Drive through services made my day dude with gold teeth sounded genuinely happy and kind not like most places just there for a check.
Giving even 1 star is generous. This place has never been the greatest but within the last 2 years it's really just become trash. Can't go here without hearing the staff screaming obscenities at each other, if there's even staff around to be found. The drive through speaker is an electrocution ready to happen and half the paneling is hanging off the side of the building right in front of the entry door. I don't understand why this place is so terrible, but the other, surrounding fast food joints arent even remotely close to being as gross and bad.
March 3 , pulled up at 2:53 , was told they can't take orders for at least ten to fifteen minutes due to a shift change....
Uhmmmm WHAT ? Lmao ,since when do shift changes stop orders from going through??
This Wendy's has some dam problems, it should probably just shut down or get all new management...
If you have to stop taking orders for a shift change you're not doing something right.....
Okay the last time I went to this Wendy's I didn't get tomatoes or lettuce on my junior bacons, this time I went to Wendy's today is December 12th, and it's literally like 6:38 so this is right when people start coming in for dinner... Somehow the registers are down I b******* you not, so they're not taking any orders, this has to be one of the worst Wendy's around honestly cuz last time I came in it was a car line of like maybe 10 cars so not only can they not handle short rushes, but sometimes I feel like they stop serving purposely if that makes sense. Just so they don't have to work, one time I drove by and they were all sitting on the inside of the restaurant, but nobody answered the speaker.
Every time I go here they close almost an hour and a half early and clean all their machines and everything and they don't produce any food. I just go to Arby's at least they are actually open when they say they are
The breakfast muffins are horrible. DO NOT ORDER A BREAKFAST SANDWICH WITH MUFFIN. Just nasty. Other breakfast items are good.
