I had an uber eats order sent in at 12:45am that they refused to make. When I pulled up to the speaker the gentleman stated that he was not going to make the order because they were closed. Even though the order was sent in well before closing. As an Uber eats driver who has worked fast food before, this is disgraceful. A lot of people make a living off of late night orders such as this. Train your staff to complete every order that is placed with diligence.
This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. It’s honestly unbelievable. I had enough time to write this review while waiting in line, with just one car in front of me. As other posts mention, they only take one car at a time, fulfill the order before they move on. It’s always the same, long process. It’s ridiculous.
The food is good but the service is awful. When in the drive thru, they take an order and don’t take another one until that order is done and person drives off. People are just standing around talking. It has been this way forever.
Just ordered the Krabby Patty meal. They asked if I wanted single, double, or triple I said double and they tore the patty in half and stacked them, instead of giving me a double like I payed for.
Who in the world is managing this one ???? it’s so bad I feel embarrassed for them… it doesn’t matter who you are or how tolerant you are, you’re really not gonna like this one when it goes wrong… It’s a real mess lol… mostly it’s about the wait.. this Wendy’s location seems to prefer taking one person at a time, all the way from taking the order through to handing them their food… There will never be anyone behind you after placing your order and picking your food up at the window… they are all stuck behind waiting to place their order.. I’ve observed this several times… so the line can get long to place an order, with a lot of folks finally deciding to get out of line and leave (smart) after watching the one soul waiting to place their order after 10-15 minutes.. so I get to the window and notice the guy doesnt even have the headset on.. he picks up the headset up every now and then takes an order.. then he takes me card to charge and gives it back.. he didn’t even swipe ????.. and then he hands off the job to finish it to another guy who gives me an extra drink… I smiled and told him “y’all.. seriously.. you got some issues y’all don’t have it together… “ he grinned back . It’s almost comical how out of whack this place is… It either goes well when there’s certain people running things, or it goes really bad… It’s up in the air with this place.. almost afraid to eat it… But generally, the food has been OK here.. and don’t forget that extra drink ????
Went to get some take out food for dinner this evening and the person on the speaker was just rude first of all. Then I pull up to the window, didn’t receive my ticket which I asked for bc they never told me the total. Then I received my food and drinks, check it. Missing stuff so I sit there and ask for the missing items and the guy working was just SO RUDE acting like I was so inconvenient. Never had issues with this place until tonight. Highly disappointed. This “gentleman” needs to learn a better attitude or get another job since he made it so obvious of how much he hated it.
Drive thru line was backed up so we went inside. A man said he'd been waiting for a small drink and 4 chicken nuggets for 35 min. No one in front of us, took someone 15 min to ask if we'd been helped. Another 20 min waiting on food. While we waited, the employees were yelling at each other whose job it was to do things and how long they'd been there, all while the manager said nothing and did nothing. Worst Wendy's location I've ever been on. Won't ever go back
Service is consistently terrible. Don't go through the drive-thru unless you plan on waiting 20 minutes plus. It's obvious that the staff hate their jobs as they lack any enthusiasm whatsoever and are constantly rude.
