This Wendy’s is a joke. I came here to dine in for a quick meal and the customer service was subpar at best. We tried paying, the cashier didn’t realize it wasn’t on the right screen so another crew member had to fix it for us. This did not bother me at all, however I did thank the cashier and she just stared at me blank.. which I thought was weird but didn’t pay much attention to. When we got our food, I ate a fry and it was stale as hell. I asked for a fresh fry and the manager instructed the cashier to put my old fries inside of the oil.. I asked for fresh fries, not well done. The manager thought he was being clandestine and kept glancing over his shoulder to see if I was watching.. I’m not sure why he decided to see if I was watching when we locked eyes and I’m watching what’s unfolding. To top it all off, the reheated fries were even worse than when they gave them to me. Mind you, he convinced us to upsize to give old fries. Someone should tell them it’s the oldest trick in the book and it only works when the customers are DRIVING away in the DRIVE THRU. The nuggets weren’t even fresh. The must make a whole bunch of food and then hand it out. Every other Wendy’s in this city has better food. Don’t even bother coming. By the way, the cashier was handling my fries WITHOUT gloves.. didn’t even realize until after. If I get sick, I know why. If you hate your job, QUIT. It wasn’t even busy (which is no excuse).. but it is embarrassing on your behalf.
Quick service. Jr ch burg, ff, nuggets and a drink 4$ plus tax makes me happy.
I love this Wendy's for breakfast. My potatoes are always made fresh and hot. So insanely good. Super great staff. Thanks for the amazing service
Food was good, but service was horrible. They took too long. But honestly I feel like it's management's fault because they really looked under staffed.
Cold, un- toasted English Muffins with egg and cheese. They said they didn't have coffee at 9:15 a.m. - what? - yes absolutely! The girl at the front counter is also rude and cold. Torn booth seats. I don't know how they stay in business?
Small hidden location. this family run restaurant serves good food fair prices; not much atmosphere but the food is fresh and tasty. In my opinion it's better than the similar restaurant down the street which is much larger and charges more.
Very rude manager, rushed us out if the drive thru. Was Missing food. Didn't want to give extra ghost ranch, didn't get lemonade, they didn't have cup holders I had 6 drinks only got 5. Terrible management this afternoon on October 8, 2024 @ 2pm.
This review is specifically for this experience at this Wendy’s. The woman at the window charged me $18 for a Dave’s single meal and cookies and did not put my cookies in the bag. What’s more is that she didn’t give me a receipt for my meal so I couldn’t even go back to prove what I paid for even though they had just seen me in the drive through. Nasty work.
