Went thru drive thru. Never got a hi, please, or thank you. At the window, AGAIN no hi, please, or thank you. they put their hand out to take card, never said price. Handed it back without offering a receipt. When I asked for the receipt it seemed to bother them. All 4 of my frostys were only 1/2 full. I asked if they were running out to which I got a head nod and the window closed. Never have a good night nothing. Would give zero stars if possible.
I ordered a Caesar Parmesan salad and there was hair in my food. I’m at extremely displeased. And would like a refund.
Doors locked. No note or reason as to its closure on the door, no updated to website or wendys app saying dine in closed. Drive through still accepted, usually. Half the time late night lately they say "cash only" they don't specify that mobile orders and door dash is still good. Food is usually okay. Also speaker broken? Only utilizing one of TWO drive through windows.
Update--I placed an order and paid for a double baconator and other items on 8/8/2024. However, what I ended up with was a double cheeseburger. This happens way too much, and I WILL NOT be ordering from this Wendy's ever again. I attached a photo of the receipt and the burger.
Earlier posting--I'm a regular customer and I was holding on to hope that they would make my order correct but that hope was quickly dashed. I ordered my usual order for my mother and me. Baconater (mustard, extra pickles, and 2 extra bacon), large fries, nuggets, and medium fries.
Most of the time, the mustard is missing from the burger. No big deal but disappointing. However, on one of my last visits, they completely forgot the nuggets. I should have checked the bag before leaving but I forgot. I called and was told that I could come back (now or even the following day) to get the nuggets. Since it was our dinner I decided to go back right then.
So, while I'm picking up the forgotten nuggets rest of the order is getting cold. I could deal with a cold burger but the fries were ICE COLD. I wasn't offered a new order to replace the order or even a refund for the mess up on their end. That is not great customer service. There are also a few employees who never seem to want to be there. My thought is if you don't want to be there, quit.
Staff always rude & impatient on the mic. Especially the elderly Caucasian woman on headset in the mornings. They never give out sauce, when they do always have to ask for another because they’ll give you 1 sauce for a whole 2 orders. Food never hot. Overall of your not just looking for something quick & small to eat. Take your money else where. Honestly needs to be shut down & made into another fast food company. With better service & not bitter , rude people working.
Used to be good…. I have been coming to this Wendy’s location for years and the staff used to be great, and the line moved fast. As of now the staff is lazy, most of them have attitudes, the drive thru line moves slow as balls, doors are locked with no explanation so you can’t go inside and order. If you plan to eat at night you better be there before the 10:30 PM mark otherwise it’s over! they get funny when it gets late. It says online they close at 12AM but as soon as it gets anywhere near 11:00PM they want to play the “Sorry we’re closed” game, another tactic they do is tell customers “we’re excepting cash only” knowing good and darn well most people these days pay with a card! They pull this tactic because they don’t want to work and head home early, I didn’t know you can just make your own business hours like that because I sure as hell can’t you’d be fired…. I wasted 20 minutes in line just for them to tell me they were either closed or they were only excepting cash.
This location is ran by a bunch of lazy teens who don’t wanna do their job and it makes the surrounding restaurants look bad also because we assume the same types of people run the other restaurants, the staff at Raising Canes across the street is EXCELLENT! And it’s a shame because I have been avoiding them for some time thinking the service would suck based on my experiences at Wendy’s and Burger King not too far up the road. Wendy’s seriously needs to train their employees and hire staff that actually adhere to the criteria, and business hours!

I called cust serv the next day & have been waiting for someone to call me back.

I bought 18 meals for my workers and myself, I distributed the food myself and the surprise is that they only gave me 16. When I went to complain, the supposed general manager told me that she had made the order herself and that she couldn't have made a mistake. My response was that if the same thing had happened at a McDonald's they would have apologized and given me what they forgot. I will not buy from this store again. I regularly buy lunch for 15 to 45 people EVERY day. These things have happened to me because of the volume of food, we are all human beings. I will make the complaint directly to Wendy's. I left without an answer.
