I ordered through door dash, my fries was old and my baby nuggets wasn’t cooked all the way I tried to call 5 times and no one answered the phone this is crazy… they need better management
Half the box of fries were dark and crunchy. Ordered my chicken sandwich plain and of course it was made the regular way wit mayo and lettuce. Food was fresh except the fries but this is a small town, you can't just go to a different Wendys.
I'm giving this place a 1 star because there no option to give zero stars. I set at the drive thru for 8 minutes, and no one came over the intercom to take my order. So I drove up to the windows and informed the young that I had been there waiting for 8 minutes. After taking my order at the window, she instructed Me to pull forward and that my order would be brought out to me. I asked for my drinks while I wait, and she stated they wasn't readyshe had to fix them insisted that the drinks would be brought out to my vehicle. It don't take but a few seconds to fix my drinks. She could have gave me my drinks while I wait. I waited for 5 minutes only to receive some room temperature potatoes wedges. Smh
Verry sketchy Opelousas wendy's they don't give you the receipt so they can charge you more and suspicious also they gave you wrong order probly on purpose some employee g we t mad for no reason their attitude is rude for any customers and the speeak fast like they want you to get out quick in a weird something is not right in Opelousas wendy's I never going back
The drive thru window got my order wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and they gave me a regular non-spicy chicken sandwich. The staff need to communicate with each other better or have a sticker system. Or even a marker system so huge mistakes like that won't happen.
Update: Today's experience went well. My order was correct and although there was a line, it didn't take long at all. Fries were fresh too!
Food came in a timely manner. I luv the hot dogs and the chicken nugget /burger combo w /sweet & sour sauce!
I just went to Wendy and their services was horrible. They wasn’t friendly and mess up on baconator sandwich and. It was fix sloppy and didn’t have the two meat in it. And they made me paid a $1.75 extra for the other meat when I told them . They wasn’t friendly but I will let everyone know the services isn’t good at Wendy in Opelousas La.
They screw up every single order everytime I go here. Order two Dave's triples plane and they gave me 2 fully loaded Dave's single. I know for a fact you have to have more than 2 braincells to make a burger but I don't know how much simpler I could have gotten
