Waited at drive thru to order, nobody there. Went in, one guy just standing in food prep area, walks away, a gir comes around the corner, but goes to the freezer and starts moving bags around. First guy moved from somewhere in the back to the office, finally another guy comes out of the office and eventually makes it to the counter. Didn't specifically say two for Three, so it rang up over $5. Had to go get the first guy to undo the order.
Had to repeat my order again. All this time, nobody is prepping any food and the drive thru alarm is going off.
Three or four minutes later, the first guy starts to take the drive thru order. Still nobody making food.
Several minutes later they start fixing food.
I get my order, have to go back in to get napkins.
Egg was way Overcooked, chewy, and like plastic.
We ate at Wendy's at Exit 122 last night in Clinton, TN. My Girlfriend ordered a Plain Baked Potato, and I got a Dave's Single with Cheese. Let me say that based on a previous experience at a different Location of a Wendy's in Knoxville, it was nice that the Clinton Wendy's did have Baked Potatoes. The lady who took our order at the drive-thru was very polite, friendly & helpful.
Order was wrong. Went through the drive through and had to go up to the counter for napkins, missing food items, utensils, and didn't like their new saucy nuggets. They're just soggy and disappointing. Not to mention the prices don't match the quality of food or service you get.
The woman in the drive thru at night is the definition of outstanding customer service, old school southern hospitality. She always has a smile and a good attitude. Not everyday is going to be a good day, but when you're at work you have to turn that switch on. This location is an example of what customer service should be. This is the best Wendy's. Take some notes and learn from them.
Went to get the SpongeBob meal and they didn’t even give me the stickers and the frosty had all the pineapple syrup at the bottom. Massive waste of money. Will never go to this Wendy’s ever again.
I don't know what it is with this location but it's just not a good Wendy's. Stale buns, old fries, luke warm burgers, mostly soda water Sprite. Never a problem with the Frostys The staff is always friendly so I'm not sure what's up here.
Best burgers in Powell TN. Fries aren't to great but put a butter backed potato by that burger and ???? MAWH a chef kiss.
It was a Wendy's. Not a whole lot that was special. The place was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and efficient. Food was what I expected and correct. So all in all a decent place
