What an absolutely awful experience. I ordered food for 4 people and wanted to try the new boneless wings. Food was cooked at a good time but I had to ask them for the rest of my food because they forgot one of the menu items. Instead they then immediately knew how much time it needed, looking back to confirm. Not an apology or anything. Every time i interacted with the employee it felt like i was a drain on them or a burden for simply coming in to order. I'm not expecting them to roll out the red carpet, but scowling and huffing ain't what i'm looking for.
When I got back to the hotel i found out the food was horrible. The "boneless wings" i ordered were just the chicken nuggets with a slight drizzle of sauce. I have joked that boneless wings are just adult chicken nuggets but you guys took that literally. There was no warning either from the staff that they were out of the chicken for the wings. I could have just taken a 10 piece nugget meal and done the same thing with a bottle of buffalo sauce.
the chicken breast for the sandwich was tough, either cooked wrong or old.
I'm currently kind of obsessed with their classic chicken sandwich and strawberry lemonade so I eat there quite often. Food is always delicious but sometimes the drive through can take FOREVER. Like I'm saying 15 minutes just to have someone acknowledge your there. It's not always like this but often it's like they can only handle one car at a time. Super frustrating so I usually go inside when I see this happening.
Waited in line for over half an hour with two online orders, both only consisting of a drink and fries. The dude in front of me only ordered a chili and opened the window himself to ask the girl for his chili, which she was holding in her hand while talking to her friend/coworker. same case for us with our fries, employees standing around talking to eachother while holding our orders. Soft drinks had no flavor and fries were unsalted. I totally expected the food quality to be poor given the circus that was being ran in that restaurant this evening. Super disappointing in getting shitty food for the time i sacrificed waiting in line.
The food was okay. Not perfect. However the beautiful woman who was running the counter was extraordinary. She took time with each person to get the order right. There were no crackers but she offered corn chips as a sub. It worked. As we left a man with a cane and unsteady gait followed her ( she carried his tray) to where he wanted to sit. She said hello to her regular clientele. Her smile was genuine. I felt that she was a happy person distributing a good day. If for no other reason I want to come have a meal there. She deserves a raise
Worst Wendy's we ever went to. Not very customer friendly. On her phone. Got sprayed by their pop machine cause there was no pop nozzle. Eggs looked and tasted like they were cooked hours ago. Love their baconnator but now I am rethinking.
Last 3 times we been here its waiting forever to still have food wrong. Even though we are the only ppl inside. Their drink machine lately is always out of everything so u need to bug drive through to get ur drink for you. Ketchup is always out as well in main lobby. No one here smiles, they act like ur a nuisance when u come here.
Came through the drivethru at 7:29pm on Tuesday 11/19 and someone answered saying they were closed. You could clearly see several kids inside goofing around. Sounds like they just wanted an easy night.
One star only because zero stars is not an option. this place sucks!! nobody in the restaurant, nobody in the Drive-Thru. you pull in and they say, I'll be with you in just a minute.....why? what the hell are you doing in there? there's nothing going on?????
I waited for 3 minutes and then pulled out because guess what I'm on my way to work!! this is supposed to be fast food drivrme thru what the hell
I GOT NOTHING BUT ANNOYED!
